As soon as the roosters began crowing, signifying another day in this new realm of reality that they were living in, Eisen quickly got up and went to the window.
Blizz stared at him almost creepily. "See anything?" He asked. "W-What?" Eisen Evans was taken aback by Blizz's question. The other half of the Gemini was not able to sleep, as he was only a line of code written, and not a real player or a sentient being.
"Not really. What I am just amused at is that you have seemingly gained a body in this world." Eisen uttered. "Well, that is what happens when our worlds collide as it may seem." Blizz added.
Eisen quickly went outside with Blizz as the two of them sat down underneath a tree. "Man, do trees not bum you out or something? We have been doing this ever since you became a Zodiac and all that." Blizz remarked.
"Trees are good, they provide much needed shade from the sun. Specially because I can actually feel the rays of the sun hit my skin, rather than what I still used the RHA to play Zodiac Ascension." Eisen pointed out.
All of a sudden, the ground began to tremble. "A-An earthquake?!" Eisen exclaimed. After ten seconds, it briefly stopped, just as quickly as it came by.
Eisen glanced up to the trees and saw a familiar figure which startled him. He immediately got up and prompted Blizz to assume a combative stance. "Woah there, what's up?" Blizz was still oblivious but as soon as his eyes saw who was on top of the tree, that was when he realized it was going to be serious.
"What do you want, Leo?" Eisen asked as his right hand was at his right hip, ready to pull out a weapon just in case the Leo was going to charge right at him.
Gilgamesh was more known by his Zodiac name as 'Leo.' He was leading the group of players that were protecting the Sorcerer Kael from being defeated so that the world would never go back to normal at all.
He was a man who was close to his forties, built like a tank. He stood at over seven feet tall, towering over every other player in existence of the game. His yellowish blonde beard and long tied back hair gave the impression that just was not a man to be trifled with. His belt also had two large axes at each end, his white armor finished off with some golden lines showed his elegance and strength.
"Gemini. I came to talk." Gilgamesh's voice was scruffy and deep at the same time. It was like a smooth glass of wine, both soothing to the ears and dangerous once you heard too much of it. "May I sit down?" he asked politely with a hard expression on his face.
"S-Sure." Eisen replied quickly. "Are you sure we should not go back to the tavern and catch a drink inside and sit down?" Blizz added. "No. That would be too much publicity, two Zodiacs talking at a table in public would cause the players and NPCs to listen in on our conversation." Gilgamesh the Leo added.
"I heard what you did to Syrene. Both you and Astrid." The way he said that and the tone he used sent goosebumps and shivers of fear down Eisen Evans and Blizz's spines.
