With having a good night sleep and enough medicine I felt great by the next day. Lux had left with their younger brother but of course before leaving they left spare medicine from their hideout. The zombies were 'Blissfully' groaning from outside loudly, we kept Blizzard put inside with us since the zombies population in the area began to become too much. "So, Willow what would you like to do today?" I ask knowing we had nothing to do thanks to the undead. "We have nothing to do Kyra and I'm sure you're aware of that." She sat down and just shook her head as I mentioned some boring board games we had somewhere around the house. "We should go on a road trip!" I exclaim in joy but she quickly turned me down by saying it was too dangerous and utterly 'stupid questions' in my opinion. "You just have a mind full of apprehensive thoughts, you ought to calm down sometimes, jeez!" I shook my head and before I knew it Willow put me in a chair, took away the car keys and looked me dead in the eyes before pushing me towards the basement door.
"Ay! What's the meaning of this!?" I pushed her off of me. "If you want something to do," she paused and smiled "Go be Haro's lab rat or something stupid instead of bothering me." She shoved me down the stairs over to Haro and he seemed confused as he saw me awkwardly standing there looking around in awe at all the new anti zombie potions. "Let me guess, you displeased Willow by begging her to go on a road trip with you even though there are crowds of zombies that will gladly bite your head off?" He got it completely correct without any mistakes. "What? no! you're so wrong." I lie but he smiles happily, "bad at lying like always." He then put a potion down and admired it for a mere second before motioning me to come over. "What is that potion?" I ask as I stare at the clearer potion that seemed a bit blurry which gave it an unpleasant feeling to it, Haro grabbed a cup and poured the clear liquid into the cup. "What are you doing?" I asked as he handed me the cup and seemed nervous, "If you could, uhm could you drink that?" He asked with sad puppy eyes which made me frown but hesitantly drank it before looking at him. "Happy now?" I asked with a sigh but he seemed very happy, "Yes!" He yelled excitedly. "So what was it exactly? It had a foul taste.." I frowned as I looked confused while he was jumping with joy.
"Haro?" I snapped him out of his phase before he cleared his throat and laughed nervously. "Well it was some zombie poison but I needed to know if it was deadly when swallowed-- I mean I tested it on skin before and it didn't do anything but uh yeah.." My eyes were livid with shock and worry. "So you risked my life because of that!?" I took a step back ready to go out of shock, "I had a cure for it just in case, no need to worry!" He seemed truly sorry but then quickly started scribbling things on a piece of paper before shooing me out with a single hand motion and intensely staring when I protested. "Fine sir scientist." I joke as I walk up the stairs and see Willow laughing while playing with Blizzard, "Oh, how was it Kyra?" Willow asked not even looking over halfly paying attention to Blizzard more than me. "I was a lab rat alright, but i'm fine." I sigh but shake my head once I realize Willow paid me zero attention and was in her own mind. "I'm taking Blizzard with me to keep me company ms hogger of dogs." I say before snatching Blizzard and stomping up to my room while Willow yells behind me and we chill in our room some more.
