One Thousand Three Hundred Years Ago.
" You…you are the one Father picked for me to wed when I come of age?"
Cherry blossom leaves, the color of fresh blood, danced around the two children standing in the vast meadow. They were young, barely the age of nine, but the tone they used could qualify with a brown adult.
"It is just a political marriage." The blonde hair boy said with an icy tone, unlike the girl's exotic accent, his way of talking was very normal. The pale girl in front of him wasn't offended and continued toying with the feathers on her dark cloak.
"You shouldn't take the marriage seriously and just focus on the benefit it brings."
Fury blazed in her lilac orbs, choosing to focus on the beauty of spring, she spat out. "I'm not a dumb girl, as the future chief of the witch clan, I know my duties. Don't ever forget that."
An amused smirk came over his face," Of course I won't dare to, Tabibah Wrath." Her angry face pleased him…a lot, it was fun pushing the boundaries of the only person that can compare to his level of strength.
"Whether political… or for love…you can never cheat on me, I'm really…" She seemed to think about her choice of adjective for a while because her Ède was not her first language.
"I'm really stingy!" She completed with a proud smile on her face.
"The word is possessive…possessive."
Her glare pleased him…it pleased him a lot, he steeled his heart to prevent smiling, but he couldn't hide his quivering lips.
"I promise to never cheat you… I, Sao Wolf, am a man of my word."
She scoffed without any hope in her heart, father have trained her to be wary of men and so far, she hasn't seen anything that made Sao stood out but for her clan, she would make this work.
Wolves to her were such lousy creatures, they were very loud and stupid, just like little dogs, they also let their emotions rule over them. But the witch clan needed them because of their large population and strength. It was good the Wolf tribe also required them to heal their wounds, so this agreement came to tie their heirs together.
Even if it meant sticking with the wolf for the rest of her life, she would do it to protect her tribe. A petal fell on her hands and light mist rose from her palm, sucking out its essence.

Black blood splattered on the earth as Sao's sharp teeth tore apart the Zeñdès in front of him. Tabibah covered him from behind, both spells and sword flowing like warm current, their tactic understanding was indescribable, no words needed to be shared between them but they both knew where to attack without even glancing at each other, clearly this was not the first time they fought together.
"8000" Tabibah counted with a sinister smile on her face. The war against these lower demons that looked like elongated lizards with snake like tails have been going on for years and each time they crawled out from whatever lousy pits they stayed, Tabibah and Sao always make sure they send them right back with their numbers slashed into insignificant bits.
After an extra hour of slaying demons, Tabibah sat on the bloodstained valley, exhaustion written all over her delicate face. She had grown from a little girl to a young woman. Gone were the feather cloak, and done on her body was a black leather bodysuit that did little to hide her delicate figure, Her hip length inky hair held in a sleek ponytail. Not much had changed from her sharp, slender eyes except the overflowing love that glistened whenever she looked at Sao. She truly fell hard.
Sao felt her gaze and look towards her with a smile, endless doting filled his eyes, a tempting smirk on his face. The witch next to him felt like puking, Caasi, Tabibah second in command. For some weird reason, he never seems to like Sao and was not afraid in making his opinion known to anyone who cared to listen. He looked constipated as he glared at the lovesick fools.
"We won…again." Sao whispered as he sat next to Tabibah, he had shifted from his wolf to his human form and his shirt slashed shirt showed off his delicious abs. Tabibah gulped, she really admired Sao's bulky figure, it made her jealous.
Sao noticed her gaze and smiled warmly." Can't bear to take your eyes off me, uhh??"
"It is just abs, I have them too." But she couldn't help the envy that filled her voice. Sao's laughter broke her from her daze.
"More demons have been popping up recently."
The change of subject was swift and sharp, just like Tabibah. Sao prayed for the day she would act coy to him for more than two seconds. His inner wolf was aching to make Tabibah submit to him, but Tabibah won't, she barely submits to him anywhere that was not the bedroom. That was what made this better, cutting her sharp spikes off when they fuck was so good.
"Are you thinking bad thoughts again?"
"No…no…of course not…do you take me as a pervert?"
"Yes."
"You little…" He pinched her face, making her glare at him. Tabitha suddenly coughed, making him frown.
" How is your stomach?" He inquired worriedly. She took a stab for him two days ago and was not healing as quickly as he hoped it would.
"It would be fine?" That didn't calm him down. A woman was supposed to be protected, but his woman didn't want to depend on him.
"Are you overthinking again?" She leaned against him, causing the dark clouds hovering over his head to dissipate immediately.
"I love you…you know. "
"I know." I love you too, he wanted to say, but was interrupted by another wave of demons.

Purple sky. Pink moon. Grim feeling. High, spooky buildings. Flat meadow. Heavy enchantment. Witches Vale unlike Sao's tribe was dark and gloomy, surrounded by rare poisonous flowers and tattling ghosts.
Far from the dark fireflies dancing on the trembling grasses and the golden river of Emorö, that strengthens the power of the witches, laid a little cottage that looked silly in the midst of massive structures. There a flushed Tabibah and thoroughly pleased Sao sat on the little bed.
"Here for you." Purple mist danced round his thumb as he brought out a delicate carved crate from the space band round his finger, Tabibah had given him as a gift on their hundredth year together, and it had not left his finger ever since.
Tabibah accepted the container confused. "A gift…for me?"
Sao was a cold man, not like you could be warm leading a pack of savage wolves, but this was the first time he had given her something. Tabibah unlike Sao loves gifting people, but he never…
"Did your mother make you do this?" She muttered so, but her hands were all over the lock, trying to open it without ruining its design.
She did not receive any reply and raised her head to meet his tender gaze. His tall height annoyed her. Sao always gloat over the fact that he was taller than her... Even with her towering height of 5"9 and massive boots that were above five inches, he still made her feel like a short dwarf.
Sao smiled at her and ruffled her hair. "We are to wed soon… You need to start thinking that I am your husband, besides I saw this and immediately thought he will suit you. "
"He? " Tabibah asked, mouth shaped, She opened the bag and saw the cutest delicate thing she has ever seen. His fur was white as snow, and he had the brightest blue eyes with pink lips and watery gaze.
Sao smiled lightly at her flushed face. She loved children, he knew that already. But seeing her cradle the wolf pup he got for her like a child made his heart throbbed.
We should have children immediately after we wed, he thought and kissed her.
Tabibah was startled by the kiss, but only for a few seconds before she immediately fought back for dominance. Sao felt his wolf take over. They both hated the fact that Tabibah was never submissive the way they wanted her to be. But it was exciting, any time she lost their little game.
Tabibah submitted as soon as she felt Sao's wolf seized control. Her father had warned her many times before that she was too controlling controlling, men don't like domineering women. It was hard to stop herself though, she was brought up by her Father as a future Chief, and had no desire to bow down to any man. Only pure strength would allow her to lead the coven appropriately, but she loved Sao… For him, she will choose to submit anytime.
