Good times along with Alex, filled with love. It was the first time they had put their bodies and hearts together perfectly. They spend more time cuddling together in one bed.
In those ten days, it felt like the world belonged to them. Until it's time to say goodbye.
Still, in Sarah's memory, on the last day, Alex whined not to be left behind.
Remembering that very bitter taste, Sarah's heart was broken again. If only she had known, that day was the last day she met Alex then for whatever reason, she would not leave her husband forever.
"Alex, I'm sorry. I'm sorry to cause left you alone,"
Sarah kept apologizing while continuing to call Alex's name. Sarah's heart is broken remembering her stupidity for leaving Alex at that time. Sarah blames all the blame on herself, for the misfortune that has befallen them.
Sarah cried hysterically again after months of having risen from adversity. Memories with Alex are the most beautiful memories and at the same time very painful for her.
"I'm sorry, Alex! Please go home, Alex! Go home! Don't leave me like this, Alex!"
Sarah always shouts and just keeps on saying that painful sentence. Sarah can no longer control her sadness at this time. She even forgot to take care of her emotions for the baby in her womb.
Sarah's screams made Mrs. Katie run over to Sarah's room. In her mother's arms, Sarah wept as hard as she could. However, it still hurts and Sarah keeps blaming herself.
Her screams and cries sounded heartbreaking, anyone who saw her like this, would not be able to survive without shedding tears.
The sound of Sarah's cries and screams sounded weak and gradually disappeared along with her limp body. Sarah finally passed out in her mother's arms.
Mrs. Katie is confused about whom to ask for help. She tries to call Spencer, but the operator's voice assures her that Spencer is busy at work because Spencer always turns off his cell phone while working.
"Stu! Help me now! Your sister fainted, Stu!" Mrs. Katie shouted so that Stu who was behind the house and was playing a game heard it.
Stu immediately ran to Sarah's room, when he heard his mother's screams calling Sarah's name.
"Have you called Brother Spencer, ma'am?" asked Stu panicked.
"His phone isn't active. What are we going to do, Stu? I'm already tired, Stu!" said the mother who was already weak from panic.
"Just call Brother Ben, okay, Mom?" asked Stu which immediately made Mrs. Katie think for a moment.
Mrs. Katie felt uncomfortable and embarrassed, because every day she troubled Ben with Sarah's business, even though it was all based on Ben's own will.
After much thought, Mrs. Katie allowed Stu to call Ben right now.
"Hello, Bro?" said Ben panicked over the phone, "Bro, help us! Sister Sarah fainted, Bro! Help me, I am also very panicked, Brother Spencer's cell phone is not active!"
"Huh, how come?! Yes, I'm going there now! Wait for me a minute!" Ben jumped out of bed. At first, he wanted to sleep for a while before entering the afternoon class.
Ten to twenty minutes, Ben reached his car in a familiar yard. He immediately entered with a hasty greeting.
"Sarah! Sarah, why is this, Sarah?" Ben asked Sarah who was still unconscious even though he had called her repeatedly.
"Mom, why about Sarah?" Ben asked Mrs. Katie who was still weak and confused.
"I don't know either, Ben. I'm in the back with Stu, and I think I heard Sarah's voice crying, so I came along,"
"Arriving at Sarah's room, I heard her screaming and blaming herself for Alex," Tears came out when Mrs. Katie could no longer explain her child's crying.
"Come on, Mom! Let's just take her to the hospital! I'm afraid what's wrong with Sarah!" said Ben who without much thought and was directly approved by Mrs. Katie.
When Ben started to lift Sarah's body, his arms felt wet with water coming from the bottom of Sarah's body.
"Mom, it's wet, where's the water from?" Ben asked confused Mrs. Katie. Then Mrs. Katie checked that quite a lot of water had seeped into the clothes Sarah was wearing. Then Mrs. Katie was seen inhaling the aroma of the water and immediately widened her eyes.
"Ben, it's amniotic fluid! Sarah's membranes broke, Ben!" said Mrs. Katie in a trembling voice.
"Huh! Rupture of membranes, Mom?" Sean asked frantically.

Ben drove his car quickly but with caution, he overtook a vehicle that seemed busier than usual.
Until they arrived at the hospital where Sarah used to check her womb, Ben carried Sarah's body, which was still not awake, to the emergency room.
After placing Sarah on the patient's bed, Ben swiftly went to the registration desk for the emergency unit installation, which was not far from Sarah's bed.
He ignored the gazes of every eye that saw him, his focus was only on Sarah. Meanwhile, Stu was waiting for Mrs. Katie who was limp, lying on the patient's bed in the observation room.
Since the death of Sarah's father, Mrs. Katie's body is not as strong as it used to be. Her heart often hurt and made her weak. When she felt the sadness and depression of the broken Sarah because Alex left, there is a feeling of guilt for Sarah, because she can't handle this only daughter.
But this was how things were, indeed a pain in her heart, weakening her entire body, and Ben is the only hope that can help Sarah at this time.
Meanwhile, Stu is still trying to contact Spencer, who hasn't picked up his phone yet.
After registering Sarah, a doctor on duty there checked Sarah's condition.
"Sir, what happened to this patient earlier?" the doctor asked Ben with a rather complicated expression. Seeing a young girl lying unconscious with a big pregnant belly.
"She has been crying, Doctor. Then she passed out, and her mother said her amniotic fluid had come out, Doctor. The back of Sarah's shirt is already wet, please take care of it quickly, Doctor!" Ben explained and asked the doctor to immediately treat it.
Ben immediately explained what was happening right now to the doctor in front of him. The doctor immediately checked Sarah's condition and performed the first treatment on Sarah.
After treating Sarah, who was unconscious, the doctor turned to Ben, who had been looking panicked and kept holding Sarah's hand.
"Please calm down first, okay. Because the patient is pregnant, so I must first contact an obstetrician for further treatment. Or do you already have an acquaintance with an obstetrician for the patient?" asked the doctor.
"Doctor Archie, Doctor. Sarah always checks the womb with Doctor Archie!" Ben answered quickly.
"Oh, Doctor Archie, huh? Wait a minute, I'll call Doctor Archie first, okay!" said the doctor and then headed for the chair behind the table he had been sitting on.
Ben noticed the doctor was having a serious conversation with someone else on the phone, and it could be Archie, he thought. Ben's gaze shifted and turned to Sarah, who began to respond through her face which was grimacing in pain.
"Alex, it hurts," groaned Sarah with her eyes still closed, and Ben is sure that at this time Sarah is not fully aware.
Ben saw that small beads of sweat started to appear on Sarah's forehead which he then rubbed.
"Sarah? Sarah?" Ben called while gently patting Sarah's cheek while stroking it. Ben couldn't hold back his sadness when he saw Sarah like this. However, he must remain strong for Sarah when her family cannot accompany her at this time.
Ben continued to gently wipe the beads of sweat on Sarah's forehead. Ben still couldn't believe that he could be this close to Sarah. Even being able to touch Sarah and give her attention like this, makes Ben, even more, want to own and make Sarah happy.
Gentle pats and caresses on her cheeks as well as the voice that keeps calling her name, make Sarah start showing movement in her eyelids which are raised little by little.
Sarah tries to accept the glare of the room when she realizes that she is lying in a hospital room.
"Sarah? Are you awake?" Ben asked softly when he called out to Sarah who had started to see clearly and turned to Ben.
"Ben, what are you doing? Why was I brought to, oops sick!" Sarah's words stopped when she suddenly felt excruciating pain in her stomach.
Ben immediately panicked and was confused about what he should do when he saw Sarah who continued to whimper in excruciating pain.
"Ben, where's my mom? I'm sick," with words stuttering in pain, Sarah asked where her mother was at this time.
"Mom is sick, Sarah, and now she is being treated by a doctor in the observation room with Stu waiting for mom. What do you want, tell me, which one is sick?" replied Ben explained without reducing his anxiety in the slightest at Sarah
Sarah didn't answer because she was drowning in terrible pain from her stomach. She could only stutter in prayer, hoping that the pain she felt would go away while squeezing the sheets covering the mattress where she was currently lying.
