Wura felt relieved, she felt way much more better after she had left the ballroom, she was not ready for any drama today, and she also was not ready to have to find a way to clean her dress, if Rosie was given the chance to pour her wine on her.
Wura held her dress, it was too long, and it was sweeping the floor as she walked, Wura did not know where exactly she was going, the Castle was too big, and Wura actually did want to get soem fresh air.
She had been waiting for Liam to come to the ballroom, not like she was waiting expectantly for him or anything, he was the one that invited her here, and that decided to hold this ball in her honour, so the least he could have done was attend his own engagement.
Wura was trying to find a way to come out of the Castle, but it seemed like she was going nowhere, it would seem that she was lost, and for some odd reason there were no guards on duty that she could ask for directions.
Wura considered herself as someone who had a very good memory and yet she could not find a way out even though she had walked these halls with Liam yesterday, maybe it was because it was nighttime right now.
Wura was busy in her thoughts she was not paying attention to where she was going, and she made a sharp turn at the corner, and before she knew it, she had bumped into someone and she and the person fell right straight down to the ground.
"I see that you are falling for me already" said Liam as he smiled cheekily as Wura was on top of him now, they both took a nasty fall, but Liam stopped Wura from getting hurt by holding her.
Wura opened her eyes, she thought she was dreaming, but to her dismay she saw the cheeky smile on the face of that annoying Prince that did not show up all night, and yet here he was smiling without a care in the world.
"Of course I am falling, when you do not know how to watch where you are going" said Wura angrily.
"I should say the same for you" said Liam as he laughed.
"No, because it is different for me, I am a lady, you are supposed to admit to your mistake" said Wura as Liam let go of her and he helped her up, to which she agreed unconsciously because she was busy talking on him admitting his mistake.
"I am sorry Lady Diwura, I admit to my mistake" said Liam as he smiled.
"You also need to admit to your mistake of leaving me alone in the ballroom" said Wura as she dusted her dress.
"But I told Mero to keep you company and I am sure that he and the others did" said Liam.
"It is just not the same" said Wura as she did not look at him.
"Oh I did not know that my absence affected you so much" said Liam as he laughed.
"No, you are wrong, your absence does not affect me at all" said Wura as she looked at him.
"You were the one that organized this event, and the least you can do is to attend it" said Wura.
"You are right Lady Diwura, please forgive me, an important matter came up, but it is resolved now" said Liam as he bowed and he smiled.
Wura was surprised, she did not expect him to apologize, he was the Prince after all, and he could do as he pleased.
"Hmm" said Wura as she maintained her pride.
"Seeing as I am not a wicked woman, I will accept your apology" said Wura and Liam smiled.
"So what are you doing out here?? Are you not supposed to be in the ballroom??" asked Liam.
"Ahhhh... well" said Wura as she did not know what to say.
"Well what?" asked Liam as he looked at her.
"Well I needed some fresh air, so I decided to come out of the ballroom, but I may have gotten lost on my way" said Wura as she made an excuse.
"Ahh I see" said Liam.
"So you do not like the ball??" asked Liam as he looked at Wura.
"In all honesty your highness, I am not the sort of woman that enjoys those sort of things" said Wura.
"Hmm" said Liam as he seemed to be thinking.
"So what is it that you enjoy?" asked Liam carefully.
"Maybe reading, or painting, or spending time with my family" said Wura as she smiled.
"I see" said Liam as he looked at Wura.
"How about we go out for some fresh air, before we come back to the ballroom to make the announcement?" asked Liam.
"I cannot refuse your offer your highness... as much as I would want to" said Wura as she said the last part in her mind.
"Then let us go" said Liam as he began to walk and Wura followed behind him.
Liam led her to a small opening in the Castle and they climbed up some stairs as Wura could see some light coming from the end of the stairs and they walked to one of the roofs of the Castle.
"There is no better place to get some fresh air in the Castle than to be here" said Liam as he looked up at the stars and Liam followed after him.
The Moon was shining brightly and the stars were busy twinkling in the sky, with not a care in the world.
"This place looks pretty" said Wura as she looked up, she could see the trees and the little houses on the other side of the Castle walls.
"It is" said Liam as he turned to look at Wura and his eyes caught sight of something he should have not seen.
Wura followed Liam's line sight and she followed his eyes and she looked down.
"What are you looking at????!!" asked Wura in shock as she stepped back and she folded her hands over her chest.
"*Ahem*" said Liam as he cleared his throat, he had only noticed the way Wura's cleavage was well... positioned right now.
Wura was wearing a golden yellow dress that complimented her golden skin colour, her dress was flowy and it swept the ground as she walked, the sleeves were long and the top of the dress was in the shape of a heart.
Wura's curly brown hair was braided to the side, her lips were tinted lightly with a rose colour, and she wore pure gold earrings.
"You are dressed very nicely this evening" said Liam as he averted his eyes.
"Oh is that so??" asked Wura.
"Or were you not just looking at my cleavage right now?" asked Wura as she glared at him.
"I do admit that it was rather catching" said Liam and Wura felt like punching him right now, no no, this was Aunt Tessa's fault, for changing her corset for one that did this to her.
"But I apologize for staring" said Liam.
"Mhmm" said Wura as she did not know what to say, he had apologized after all, and secondly he was not blind at all, at least now she knew that.
"How are your parents?" asked Liam as he looked to the horizon.
"They are well" said Wura.
"And how is his Majesty??" asked Wura as she looked at Liam.
"He is also doing well, thank you for asking" said Liam as he smiled and Wura was forced to smile too.
"*Ahem* Well I believe that we should get going to the ballroom now, we cannot keep the guests waiting" said Liam.
"Oh" said Wura.
"Alright then" said Wura as she started to walk.
"Are you sure you want to go alone?" asked Liam as Wura stopped walking.
"You might get lost again" he said.
"Ahh that is true" said Wura as she looked at Liam.
"So shall we??" asked Liam as he smiled.
"Alright" said Wura as she followed after Liam.
