"Umm Aunt Tessa... Dinner was not that... bad" said Wura as she tried to console her crying Aunt who was upset at the outcome of her planned dinner that she worked so hard for, and yet it did not go according to plan.
Tessa had come crying to Wura's room as she was the only one she could come to and she was currently now resting on Wura while crying about her failed attempt.
"At least the tart was delicious" said Wura.
"And I did not even prepare the tart at all" said Tessa as she cried.
"I did not even touch it, I only carried it" said Tessa as she cried.
"And I thank the heavens for that" said Wura internally because she was sure that if the apple tart was not edible, they would have all went to sleep hungry tonight.
"I can assure you that if I had touched it at all, the tart would have been ruined" said Tessa as she cried.
"Awww Aunt, you just need to cook more, and practice more" said Wura as she coaxed Tessa.
"And besides, mother has promised to cook with you, that way you can improve" said Wura.
"Do you really think so my dear??" asked Tessa as she sniffed.
"Yes Aunt" said Wura as she smiled.
"In fact I am a hundred percent sure that you will get better, you just have to practice more" said Wura.
"Awww Thank you My dear Wura, You are the best" said Tessa as she dried her tears and smiled.
"You are welcome Aunt" said Wura as she smiled.
"And between you and me Aunt" said Wura as she whispered.
"You know that I love you Aunt, and I cannot lie to you" said Wura.
"But in all honesty my dear Aunt" said Wura.
"I feel like if I had ate any more of your soup or vegetables I would have died already" said Wura.
"I honestly do not know how Father managed to stomach down your soup like nothing happened" said Wura as she was truly shocked.
"Haha my dear" said Tessa as she laughed with tears in her eyes.
She loved how honest her niece was, she always said what was on her mind even thought it might seem mean or rude, it made her laugh, she was happy that she had someone honest who would tell her the truth no matter what.
"My dear, you should know by now that your father's taste buds have already died a long time ago" said Tessa as she laughed, that was the only explanation she could think of why her brother said nothing at all about her obviously horrible food.
"If that is the case Aunt, then I am truly worried for my father's health" said Wura as she laughed.
"Oh my dear, let him not catch us saying such about him" said Tessa as she laughed.
"I am sure he would scold us both" said Wura as she laughed.
"Well we have a secret weapon my dear" said Tessa.
"Oh? really? what is it?" asked Wura.
"My dear, our secret weapon, is his dear wife, your mother, my dear Reti" said Tessa as she smiled proudly.
"Haha Aunt" said Wura as she laughed, now that she thought about it, it was true that her father was actually scared of her mother, it was something that you could obviously see.
"Aww I miss my Richie" said Tessa as she sniffed, her nose was runny from all her crying.
"Here take this Aunt" said Wura as she moved to the side and took a white handkerchief from her closet.
"Oh thank you dear" said Tessa as she took the handkerchief and she used it to blow her nose.
"And Aunt, only a day has passed, before you know it, he would have returned" said Wura.
"You really think so?" asked Tessa as she finished blowing her nose.
"Of course Aunt, has Uncle ever let you down?" asked Wura.
"No... no he has never" said Tessa as she smiled.
"You see, there is no doubt in my mind that Uncle Richard loves you, and he will never do anything to hurt you" said Wura
"Even though he does not say it, we can all see it through his actions" said Wura.
"I never knew that you were a love expert my dear" said Tessa as she laughed.
"Well Aunt, I have learnt from all the loving people around me" replied Wura as she laughed.
"Haha I see" said Tessa as she laughed.
"I am sure with all your experience on the subject that you will be able to find someone who loves you unconditionally too" said Tessa.
"Oh Aunt, that is the last matter on my mind right now" said Wura as she sighed.
Love was the least of her worries, what she wanted right now was to break her engagement with the Prince, then should could rest assured.
"Besides Aunt, I am only eighteen" said Wura.
"My dear, have you not heard the saying that you are never to young for love" said Tessa.
"And Aunt did you also forget that at this moment in time, I cannot handle Love right now" said Wura.
"Oh we will see my dear, we will" said Tessa as she smiled.
"In other news, what did you and my brother discuss??" asked Tessa.
"It was nothing really Aunt" said Wura.
"Father just informed me about his opinion on the Prince" said Wura.
"And..." said Tessa.
"And what Aunt?" asked Wura.
"And does he like him?" asked Tessa.
"Well you know Aunt, Father is loyal to the Royal Family, he has pledged his allegiance to them from a young age, so of course he would like him" said Wura.
"You do speak the truth my dear" said Tessa.
"Of course I do" said Wura.
"Aunt it is getting very late, why do you not go to bed?" asked Wura.
"I would my dear, but I feel so lonely in that room of mine, it is so big, and for what??" said Tessa as she sighed heavily.
"Then you can come sleep here with me" said Wura with a smile.
"Are you sure my dear?" asked Tessa.
"Of course Aunt, why not?" asked Wura as she laughed.
"Oh Thank you my dear" said Tessa as she smiled and hugged Wura.
"You are welcome Aunt" said Wura as she smiled.
