Orien turned around and saw a beautiful woman. Blue, waist-length hair hangs over a pretty pale face. Emerald green eyes that look like they're glowing to go along with a dainty, but curvaceous body. Orien stared at this woman in awe.
" Are you prepared to give up Orien," she said. Immediately, Orien awoke from the trance the woman had him in.
" How do you know my name?" he said.
" I know more about you than your name. I know about your entire life. All the misfortune and death you caused. I'm sure you didn't think it was all coincidental. I'm also sure you know those beautiful red eyes don't belong here. What if I told you that all your misfortune was orchestrated. Would you believe me?
" Why would someone do such a thing," he said in a trembling voice.
"There's a world that exists that's parallel to yours. Some of the people of Earth who were supposed to be born there ended up here. Someone of those humans exhibits different traits, such as eyes that look like rubies, and pupils that can change. Being in the wrong world caused your misfortune. You are a glitch this world has tried to get rid of. The only way to leave this hell is to go to your original planet with your real family."
'There's no way she's lying. She already knew so much about me.'
" What happens if I leave this place?" Will I ever be able to return?"
" You can return whenever you like. If you die in the other world, you'll return here permanently without any memories of the other world. If you die on Earth, you would be stuck in the other world permanently."
" This otherworld can't be so simple if I have an ability? What type of world is it?"
" A world with powers, monsters, angels, gods, and demons. Even when you first get transported, your life will be endangered. The world will summon you with others to a place you'll have to survive. Think of it as a tutorial. It won't be that dangerous and you'll have abilities. The longer you stay here, the more you'll suffer, but your misfortune should return to normal once you come with me.
"What is the planet called?"
" Angatania."
Orien thought about it for a minute.
'I don't want to be here. My life will be in danger in both places too. Plus, no one would care if I disappear.'
" Are there many humans who go to Angatania?" he asked.
" Of course. They are in what you would call guilds on earth. There are gods from Angatania on this earth who control these guilds too."
" I didn't know all those people existed. It doesn't seem that I really have a choice. I- I'm willing to go."
" Good. Follow me."
With a wave of her hand, a two-meter tall portal materialized, and both went through.
