During the day Ash spent his time getting ready for his meeting with Disney. He was preparing a list of all pros and cons. Ash even called his uncle Sam for legal advice. And in the evening he was ready so went to Serena's office. Serena and Lilia were also ready.

"Nah, I was too busy today but don't be impatient I will read it tonight that's why I'm taking it with me."
Soon they arrived at a five-star hotel. The hotel was called 'The Crown'. Ash thought that it was quite a funny name since the USA never had a king of its own to rule it. But he liked the hotel anyway so told Serena to have all their future meetings here.
Soon they arrived at their designated location. When they arrived Disney's head Josh Butler was already waiting for them in a lounge. They shook hands with each other.
"Hello, I'm Josh Butler Disney's head and CEO. Nice to meet you," Butler introduced himself. He was a man in his 40s wearing a black business suit. He became Disney's CEO when Disney had hit a rock bottom but he took Disney from the ground to heaven and cemented its position in the big six. When he saw the script of
He came to this meeting because he wanted to meet with the scriptwriter himself and see if he could hire him. But to his dismay, the writer was the owner of the Starline so he gave up his initial idea but still decided to meet him and see if they could cooperate.
"Nice to meet you too. I'm Ash Wilson owner of the Starline."
"And I'm Serena Kayli Ceo of the Starline and this is my secretary Lilia."
Ash and Serena also introduced themselves. After that, they sat at the negotiation table.
"Mr. Wilson I have to be honest with you I became an instant fan of yours after reading your script. It's so detailed that it is perfect."
"It is my honor to have you as my fan, Mr. Butler," Ash replied with sincerity.
"You don't need to be so humble," Butler chuckled at Ash and said, "Anyway let's start it. I will direct with you. If this script was written by a regular scriptwriter he would receive around a million dollars but since I like this script I will give you 2 million dollars."
"Mr. Butler I would like to say something first." Serena who was sitting next to Ash spoke. She said, "If I remember correctly then when I sent the script to Disney I wrote category that what we want to sell are character rights," She said it in a little sarcastic tone.
"That's why I offered 2 million. So how much do you want," Butler asked.
"Seeing the potential of my characters and market value it will generate in future as an IP(Intellectual property). I think it will be reasonable to ask for 20 million dollars."
"Aren't you too confident in your script? What if they fail, wouldn't we lose a lot from this?"
"If that was the case, I wouldn't have been meeting with Disney's CEO but some random agent from Disney."
Butler chuckled and said, "That is true but you are being too expensive."
"Nothing is expensive in front of the profits it will make."
"Even if it has that potential nothing is certain in Hollywood. No studio will give you 20 million dollars for an untested IP."
"To be honest if possible I wouldn't sell it and make it myself but we can't right now. And we think Disney can realize its true potential that's why we choose Disney."
"I'm understanding your side but you should understand ours too. How about we go a little lower and make it 6 million."
"I thought you said to go 'a little lower' but isn't that a very big leap."
"So what is your final stand?"
"I won't go below 15 million dollars."
Butler stayed silent for a while and took a sip from his wine bottle and offered it to Ash too but Ash refused the wine after his last experience.
"Okay, Deal but you have to wait for a little before we can finalize it. After all, buying a script for 15 million will make a lot of people mad so I have to deal with them first."
After that, they talked for a while and later they separated from each other to go to their home.
The next day Ash went to the company at the noon after Serena called for him.
Serena was waiting for him in his office. when arrived there Serena told him, "The negotiation with Disney broke."

"It seems Mr. Butler couldn't convince other figures in Disney and said 15 million is too much."
"Ah! I should have known things don't always go as planned."
"But there is one more thing." Serena said while looking at Ash, "I have a friend who owns an animation studio. I previously sent that script to him to get his opinion. He is very interested in the script and he can make an offer that might be interesting.
"Is there any hope for Disney?"
"No, I don't think there is any."
