The following day, Lily hugged Ryan on the sofa in Alona's flat. Both of their bodies were only covered by a blanket. Lily didn't even remember when she or Ryan took the cloak. Ryan groaned as he wrapped his arms around Lily.
"Ryan, it's morning already," Lily said.
"I still want to hug you," Ryan whispered in Lily's ear.
"But I have to get up," said Lily. "Your cell phone keeps ringing too."
Reluctantly Ryan finally moved and released his embrace on Lily. The two then sat down on the sofa. Lily immediately grabbed her phone. So does Ryan. The two of them checked the incoming calls and messages on their cellphones. Lily and Ryan suddenly took a deep breath together.
"Hannah called me," Ryan said.
"Matthew also contacted me. He said his business at Barcelona might take a little longer than he had planned," Lily said. She then snorted in annoyance.
Ryan instantly embraced Lily. "You don't have to be like that. I'm here to accompany you."
