After looking in for a few minutes, he slowly made his way inside. Following behind Rukku were the others with who he was with. The priest Xhizalines had somehow though made his way to his side, and was pointing at this and that as they all walked forwards. As you would expect this quickly grabbed the attention of everyone in the alley. All of them looked with interest and Rukku at his party but none of them bowed down to him as he had expected.
Looking around he liked this, he would be lying after all if he said that he was fine with all of these constantly bowing down to him as he walked into the room that they were in or just the constant bowing to him was starting to frustrate him. He was not a ruler, he was just a failure and their reactions to him was starting to get infuriating.
As they reached the end of the alleyway, at the house that lay behind the dragon statue he noticed a few key points. One it seemed like this was their leader's house, or at least it seemed to have some guards in the darkness who were keeping a careful eye on this house and the other major thing that he noticed was that there were only people with the bloodline here. It was like they were hiding from everyone even though they were in such a big and large city.
Maybe he should be careful as well when he is in a city like this, who knows what hidden dangers there are for him after all.
Then as he walked past the statue, it began to light up a little so that all of the scales and markings were highlighter then it went back to normal as nothing had happened at all. He noticed this and only glanced at it briefly unsure of what it meant though it had caused all of the people who were watching to start mumbling in-between themselves.
Xhizalines just ignored all of this and continued onwards, shoving the door open and walking into the building, following him inside the sight that greeted Rukku was one of splendour and wealth. The walls were covered in pictures as well as tiles where there were statues and other pieces of craftsmanship that were on display to any who would enter the building. The building itself on the inside seemed to be natural and almost carved out of one piece of stone, maybe the greatest wealth of this noble would be this building itself.
Xhizalines suddenly spoke, "Could you please let the master know that I am here and tell him please that I have brought a guest to see him." After he had finished speaking Rukku just looked at him weirdly as there was no one here, not a single person could be seen at all.
In fact, nothing had even been said in reply to his words and yet he seemed fine and was acting like this was completely normal.
Then as Rukku looked around, he the faint sound of tapping coming from behind the only door that was in the room. It definitely was footsteps yet for some reason he felt like he was on edge and he did not know why.
His eyes focused on the door, the tapping suddenly stopped. Though the sudden creak soon vibrated around the room as the door slowly was opened up. The one who had opened up the door was a lady, well the lady in question was wearing some thin revealing clothes. Even Rukku was stirred up slightly by the sight, though as he looked further down the hallway that was behind the doorway he just smiled.
Their hallway was nearly empty unlike the room that he was in now, it was such a massive contrast that he could not but feel amused.
The lady seeing the priest bowed a little, "Preist Xhizalines it is a pleasure as always, but who are the people you have brought into the hall of my lord. It is rude not to bring guests and not give some prior warning of their coming.
The priest only smiled helplessly back. Even Rukku found himself liking this woman a little more just from her words. She was confident, though her face slowly morphed into one of surprise as Xhizalines began to speak. "Well, I have brought the 11th Scion to this hall as he was in the city. I believe that your lord will definitely want to see him."
The lady suddenly looked over at Rukku in surprise and then dropped down onto her knees all in one clean motion. It looked like she had been practising this motion. It was just so smooth and clean.
"I am sorry for not recognising your power my liege. Please accept this humble one apologies. I will take any punishment that you are willing to give to me so that I can repent on my sins for not being able to tell who you are! Please!" Her pleading tone shocked Rukku, it was like she wanted to be hurt for this. Maybe she was into….
"It is fine, I really do not mind. I was liking that I was normal for a while." He smiled at her as he spoke trying to calm down her shaken nerves yet this seemed to only scare the poor women even more.
She quickly jumped to her feet only to nearly fall directly at his feet. "Lord please, I will do anything! Let me atone! I will do anything! You can use me however you want just please!" Rukku was a little annoyed at her antics, and he grasped both of her arms and yanked her to her feet once again.
"I said I am not bothered! So stip this right now!" The lady just meekly nodded her head at his yelling.
Xhizalines then suddenly burst out in laughter.
"My Scion you are definitely a funny one that is for sure. Now, will you take us to meet the lord of the house, my lady?"
The women just nodded and lead them further inside.
