Chereads / Second chance: Hypnosis / Chapter 21 - Welcome to the fight club

Chapter 21 - Welcome to the fight club

Friday.

It was finally Friday. The day my 'business' would launch.

I was incredibly excited. I had even asked my mom if I could stay half-day. Luckily, she said she'd allow me, or else I would've been forced to hypnotize her again.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have my teacher show me the deep web again. However, I was too busy to even care.

I had things to do. Not only did I have to set up the warehouse, but I would also have to get a lamp. Fortunately enough, I had one in my room. A lamp that only required batteries, which I had.

When the school bell rang, signifying lunch, I walked out of the school and said goodbye to my friends. They were confused, but after letting them know I had an appointment, they quickly let it go.

I stood at the bus stop and waited for the bus to pull over and let him. Once I got in, I gave him a ticket and found a seat at the back. The ride back to the station was a peaceful one. My heart was pumping with excitement and fear. So that quiet train ride helped me calm my nerves.

I made it back to my home at around 1:30.

The stream was supposed to start at 11. There was still a good amount of time, but I still needed to get everything up and gather the homeless men there.

Arriving at my door, I opened it and greeted my mom. She was in the kitchen cooking something.

"Are you going to change? Where are you going and when are you coming back?"

"Give me a minute. Let me change real quick."

I quickly changed into grey joggers and a black hoodie. Also, I had put my costume, mask, voice changer, and contacts in my bag. As well as other things like my gun. Not only that, but I grabbed my lamp from my room. It was definitely strong enough to light up the warehouse. Or at least the spot the two were fighting at.

I went back to the living room and began answering her question.

"I'm gonna go to a friend's house. I'll probably be back late."

"What's with the lamp?"

"I'm gonna sell it for some money. We don't use it that much. Might as well make something off it."

"Alright. But call me if you want me to pick you up. It gets dark quickly and I don't want you walking home. It's dangerous."

'If only she knew no one could fuck with me.'

"I call you if anything. I love you."

I leaned in to kiss her on the cheek after a quick hug.

I then made my way back to the first homeless man I recruited to fight. It took me quite a while to get there. Thirty minutes. That's how long it took me to go to him.

After seeing me, the man's eyes glowed. With a smile, I passed by him and made my way to the warehouse. However, I left him a five-dollar bill with a note telling him to use it for the train. It was only a twenty-minute ride from here.

Once I arrived at the warehouse, my heart was beating out of my chest. I was incredibly nervous and excited.

A small part of me even told me to turn back and go home. However, I pulled my nerves back and took in a deep breath. I couldn't just give up when I was this close.

"I can't just give up. Jester already promised a good show."

With a smile, I stepped forwards and hopped over a fence.

I had already checked last time and made sure there were no security guards or cameras in the warehouse.

As for outside on the fences, I didn't know. But I had my mask on with my hood over my face. So, even if they saw me jump over, no one would know who I was.

I walked into the warehouse. And it surprised me when I saw four adults hitting a bong while sitting on a couch.

They looked at me and were kind enough to offer.

"Want some?"

I laughed and politely declined. However, I did walk up to them with a smile. "No, thank you. But I have something I want. I need you guys to leave this place and forget it even exists. Also, are you guys the only ones that know about it? And are there any cameras?"

A man with long blonde hair was the one to respond.

"We're the only ones who know about this place. There are also no cameras in this warehouse. There are cameras around the place, but no one says anything. We're even cool with the security guard. We're his plug."

I didn't ask about the security but I am thankful for the information.

"Thanks."

After they left, I was shocked at how many people I could hypnotize at once. 'I guess the more I use it the stronger it gets.'

Four people was a good amount. Especially for how long I had the power for.

Once I finished patting myself on the back for how awesome I was, I started setting up.

I grabbed a table, placed my laptop on it, connected my camera, and set upstream labs. I had already configured my camera and fixed all the settings when I first got it. So I was able to save some time with that.

After everything was set up, I got dressed.

I slipped into my jester costume. I then put on my white, smiling clown mask. After that put my black gloves on.

"Haha. This looks sick."

With my mic in hand, I exclaimed.

After doing some poses and watching myself on the screen of my laptop, I put the mic down and sat on the couch. I scrolled through my phone and all the apps I had.

Before I knew it, a couple of hours passed. Luckily, I brought a portable charger. So my phone was still at a hundred percent.

I checked the time and saw it was already 9.

I walked out of the warehouse with my gun and saw the two homeless men out in the front. They were behind the gate.

I walked up to them in my costume and told them to jump over. They had some difficulty, but they did it nonetheless.

After guiding them into the warehouse, I told them to strip. When they were only in their underwear, I handed them shorts. One black and one red.

When they changed into them, I had them warm up.

"Run some laps and warm up. After four laps, sit on the floor."

I didn't want homeless people to sit beside me. They probably didn't shower for weeks. And they smelt like shit even with my mask on.

Two hours quickly went by.

During those two hours, I watched them do the warmup, thought them how to throw a punch, and just had them wrestle for entertainment.

It was funny watching two people with no fighting experience ramming into each other. However, I quickly stopped it once it started getting more violent.

I couldn't have my two fighters injured before the event actually happens.

Also, I had checked my post on the dark web. It had a good amount of likes and even some comments telling me they'll check it out when it starts.

When the clock hit 11, I turned on the bright lamp that lit up the warehouse and started the live. I had placed the two fighters away from the camera and spotlight beforehand. We even rehearsed what everything was going to be like.

To my ten viewers, I looked into the camera with my cat-like purple eyes that shined a bit in the dark and spoke into the mic.

"Welcome to Jester's fight club."
