They both left and headed to the office that had been newly rebuilding.
She took a small journal that had phone numbers of another clan. She gave it to Noel and asked him to call then and then give her a report of those that we agreed to help then.
It took about one hour to call them all. During this time, she called the weapon keeper and master, who luckily had not been killed during the war, and together, they started contacting the people who sold them weapons and training gears.
They started by contacting the company that they bought their guns from, making a big order since she had everyone in the clan must have a gun.
She also called the blacksmith that used to make them the silver-headed arrow daggers, swords, etc., at a fair price.
Though he was human, he had learned not to expose them to the rest of the human world, so they lived with the unaware of the supernatural being among them. Some of the clan members were working in human facilities like schools, banks, hospitals, malls, etc.
When she was through making sure that all the things that they would require during the preparation of the attack to the werewolves were carted for, she went to check on how Noel was doing with the calls.
"Do you need help with contacting any clan?" she asked him politely
"I have contacted all of them, but only six of the clan have promised to help us in the war." He informed her
"It's okay. We shall work with what we have." She said to him as she started walking out
"Hey, Cyrene I'm sorry if I hurt you today. It's just that I felt really bad when you said about you being a mate to the werewolf. I promise I won't bother you again." He said to her as he kept his head down in shame.
She accepted his apology and walked out with Noel at tow.
They retired for the night.
After the witches had buried their leader the next day, Gillian was chosen as the new leader of the witches.
She continued working on the team that her sister had made. The team would not still believe what had happened.
They could not understand where all the power that she had shown back there had come.
Gillian was not the type of witch that spent all day and night mastering the spells from the book of shadows.
She even rarely used her witch power. They knew that she was strong, but they did not know that she was that strong.
When they asked her the following day that she also thought that her sister was the one who had inherited her mother's power.
Seeing they were not to get anything from her, they quit asking her a lot of questions.
She made sure that all their boundaries were well secured by a protection spell that had been performed by all the witches.
If any vampire tried to close its boundaries, its daylight ring would immediately stop working. She cut all the connections that she had with the vampires. There was no longer talking.
The next day she had called for a meeting with all the elders of every coven. The elders had arrived the next day for those who had not attended the funeral of Ursula.
But for those who had attended, they had been hosted in the coven. The meeting started at ten that morning.
The meeting was attended by all elders of every coven in North America, and also present were the immediate team of Gillian.
"The reason I called you here it's to discuss what shall be done to the vampires and also to tell you about a prophecy that was brought to us by Nina from the crow coven." She informed everyone that was in the meeting
"What is the prophecy about?" Freya, an elder from the Night coven, asked.
"She said that the girl that the alpha of Blood moon pack was looking for is a chosen one and that if we went for battle with the hunter, our powers would merge with her and since she is the chance she would steal my shadow and as a result, my coven will die alongside me," Gillian explained to them what Nina told her.
"How can that be possible? No way can a mere hunter be a strong as a witch? We can't allow that to happen. Otherwise, we will not be able to protect ourselves from the hunters." Freya asked.
