Mayor "dont worry about it ive heard of a few others in the same situation before"
Blaine "really? others like me?"
Mayor "yes actually, and i can get you registered by tomorrow aswell"
Blaine "well thats good, what do i need to do to register, might aswell do it first"
the Mayor then handed him a few pieces of paper and a pen
Blaine "fair enough, ill fill this out quickly... whare I can atleast"
