As the mayor said that, the guard captain rushed into the mayors office.
Guard Captain: "Sir"
The guard captain was a 5'9 woman with a toned build dresed in plate mail. She looked tired, mostlikely because she ran directly to the mayor office.
Mayor: "good to see you Teresa"
Teresa (GC): "so this is the "black robe" you caled for?"
Mayor: "yes he is"
Blaine: "good to meet you guard captain"
Teresa (GC): "please call me Teresa when not in public"
Blaine: "alright, will do Teresa, anyhow lets get this underway shall we"
