Standing thare I started to flip threw the law book reading every word and page, thare are twenty-six sections with twenty-six subsections in each, needles to say I was reading all night and a bit into the morning.
Messenger "sir?"
Blaine "yes?"
I finally looked up from the law book
Messenger "did you read the whole law book last night?"
Blaine "well I cant legally do anything without my id card"
Messenger "sir you do realize by reading the law book your in violation of law section 2 subsection 26 unless you have your id card"
Blaine had a smile slowly creep across his face
Blaine "acording to section 2 subsection 26 "reading of the law book without a id card of law book enforced area is punishable by 2 weeks in jail" under section 26 subsection 26 "section 2 subsection 26 has no effect on black robed soon to be citizen civilians and is to ensure only citizens authorized to have law book of enforced town, city, or settlement" in other words by law while waiting the 24 hours for your id card aslong as you have a black robe, of witch im curently wearing, you are legally permitted to read the law book at your own pace. furthermore section 1 subsection 26 states "all settlements, towns, and citys are required by the Continents capital to have 26 sections with 26 subsections of witch section 1 subsection 1 threw section 1 subsection 26, section 2 subsection 26, and section 26 subsection 26 must be the same acrost all settlements, towns, and citys"
Messenger "my word Blaine and here I was to give you a fright like everyone else who does this while waiting, however you are the only one to have completed the book and understood it in that time"
Blaine "And you knowing my name gives away the fact you are hear to deliver my id to me"
Messenger "True, and you really deserve it"
The messenger then handed the id card to Blaine. Blaine handed over his black robe so the messenger culd return it to the Mayor. And Blaine now had the right to do anything he wanted right after he whent to the Mayor to confirm a few things.
