"Sure I would love to", said Ying Yue and the excitement was evident in her voice. She couldn't believe her idol was in front of her and asking about her art, all this was too good to be true.
Lui Taio smiled brightly, happy that she agreed but thinking of what to do, he never thought she'd agree so easily. Lui Feng didn't tell her about him, typical. She was a lot different from Li Jing who was much more reserved and calculative.
On the other hand, Yu Yan seemed wary of how this man popped out of nowhere and decided to tag along just to be safe. Despite him being her favorite Idol, not everyone is what they seem like on social media platforms.
Lui Taio led them towards his car his heartmelting smile not leaving his face, when they heard a car door slam and Lui Feng walked towards them with a cold expression on his face making them all freeze in their position. He was so excited to take her out right after she got rid of Taio, but she didn't.
She was still careless and naive didn't she know the fact that people aren't what they seem they her on the outside. The fact that if it was someone else, she would have gone with them and gotten hurt made his blood boil, fear, and jealousy crept in, Ying Yue had never seen a look this cold on his face and she knew part of it was directed at her.
"Taio you know I don't like others touching what's mine", Lui Feng said in a cold voice staring at his brother making a shiver run down his spine but he wasn't going to back down so easily. After all, he was as much a Lui as Feng and his brother who had left him to fend for himself.
"I don't see a mark on her, besides why do you care? You were always unfazed when someone close to you got hurt, you've been like that ever since she died. You also know what you want her for, she'd be better off with me", Lui Taio stated his aura imposing on the girls around him but barely fazing the man in front of him.
Lui Feng smirked at his words he intentionally brought Li Jing into this, the part of him he had been trying to hide since he met Ying Yue was clawing out because Lui Taio was right, she didn't belong to him... At least not yet...
"Well I want her and I always get everything I want", he said and grabbed her hand tightly taking her towards his car and drove her away leaving Yu Yan and Lui Taio dumbfounded, Yu Yan immediately texted Ying, Lui Taio clenched his fists, why did Lui Feng always have to be like this...?
On getting to Lui mansion, due to his anger, Lui Feng didn't notice the look in Ying's eyes, shock and worry filled her eyes but it turned to anger pretty quickly when she recollected the words of Lui Feng, He wanted her? Was she some object he could just want and get? She couldn't believe it she almost fell for it, everything thing he said, this tyrant could never love her but why did the thought of that hurt her so much?
She clenched her fists she was getting too close to him, and he had been pacing around the room without saying anything, did he really mean what he said, he couldn't right? She didn't want to believe it, she knew she was overthinking it but her insecurities got the best of her. She couldn't match up to him, she was just a kid in his eyes, in everyone's eyes. Before she knew it she carried her bag and walked out the door.
"Where are you going?", Lui Feng growled out but immediately regretted his actions.
"Does it matter? After all, I'm just something you want, and I'm sorry but you'll never have me," she said holding the door. "Oh and Feng, Li Jing whoever she is, you shouldn't have let her down, you seem to care about her a lot, then you should have stayed with her", Ying Yue said and left running downstairs out of the Lu mansion. Sad about the fact that she could see how deep the emotions that swirled in his eyes were, at the mere mention of the name Li Jing.
She had no idea how to leave there when Lui Shui walked up to her and offered to take her home, which she accepted with hesitance but it was either him or an awkward drive home with Lui Feng
'Seems the two lovebirds finally had a fight,' he thought but it was to be expected and naturally, he'd take the opportunity but something was holding him back. Maybe it was how happy she looked around Lui Feng, even in this life he just sighed and walked her to her doorstep.
"Thank you", she said weakly she never expected him to help her, he just smiled and left, she ran upstairs and lay on the bed finally letting her tears fall Yu Yan came into the room a while later to comfort her friend.
"Sh*t... what the hell? I couldn't even say a word, Li Jing you really are torturing me even in this life for letting you down, I know both of you basically are the same person but I'm just so confused I feel like it would shatter me if I stopped loving you.... I can't", Lui Feng said staring blankly at the mirror still hiding his emotions.
"Aiguo!" he called out and the man immediately appeared out of nowhere.
"Where is Ying Yue?" he asked an emotion flashing through his eyes... fear. The fear of losing her struck him when he remembered her words earlier. Noticing his boss showing an emotion besides anger for the first time without the miss in his presence he didn't know how to answer.
"She left the mansion... With Lui Shui", Aiguo replied barely able to keep his voice sounding calm and Feng's wolf lost it that was when he finally sensed it a connection that was rare to find these days.
