Morning, Kiaan Tilden woke up and headed to the orphanage which was once his home. He never forgot where he grew up and on top of it, he had his own friends who called him Dad .
When he arrived, the kids ran to him. They were a set of three twins, Henry and Harris, fourteen, the red haired set, Ray and Rex twelve and Camila and Carly, ten.
"Dad, it's been long. We miss you." Ray said. He had large eyes and scarlet short hair.
"Am here now." Kiaan Tilden said.
"Dad, we heard about you and the goddess Rhea Azaan. Are you two engaged?" Haris asked.
"Not really, dad is still single. You people will have to hold my flowers and do all The fancies on my wedding day. How could I get engaged without telling my little boys?" Kiaan Tilden said sweetly while roughening their hair. They were about six boys and two girls.
"Rex, where is Camila and Carly?" These were the names he had personally given to the girls.
"Dad, when we heard about your encounter with the goddess, we all tried making something good for you two." Henry said. Here, they mainly specialized in arts, craft and design. The two girls designed clothes and jewelries. The boys drew what to be made and also crafted. Some of them even made clothes, hair accessories and handiwork.
"You're funny. Where is big Aunty?" Kiaan Tilden asked. Big Aunty was the owner of the orphanage.
"Big Aunty left to get the materials needed for girls work. They requested for her help." Rex said. Kiaan Tilden couldn't help smiling. This kids!
He was led to where the two girls were busy. Kiaan Tilden opened the door slowly and observed them.
Carly held out a paper to Camila. They we're twins and Kiaan couldn't help wondering why a parent can abandon such pretty girls.
"Camila, I drew this ring. What do you suggest?" Carly asked.
Camila took the paper and scrutinized it. Her big eyes shone as she stared at every bit of the pictures.
"Number one and number two are almost the same. I like the third design because it's pretty but I think you should add a pearl or diamond or any other precious gem on top of the ring." Camila said.
"Yeah... That's a nice idea. But do you think big Aunty will agree to get the pieces of diamonds? Carly asked.
"Well, I can't say yes actually but I think she may try. You know last time there were visitors here and I heard her praising dad She said of all the children she has raised, dad is the best because he never forgot where he started from. So that only means she can try her best." Camila said.
"Your dress?" Carly asked.
"Well, see this." She handed her a paper which she had drawn the dress. "Actually, I haven't designed it as a wedding dress, but looking at it, I see it suits that occasion very well. Though personally, I wanted it to be an engagement dress of a special gift uncle Tilden give to the goddess Rhea Azaan." Camila said. . They liked what they did.
"Mmh... And who is designing the suit?" Kiaan Tilden asked smiling.
"Daddy!" Two sharp voices called at once as the girls ran to hug him. He was too happy to be with them after such a long time.
"Dad we missed you!" Hugging him from both sides, the girls said.
"I missed you too" Kiaan Tilden said. He wouldn't tell the kids that Rhea Azaan was just his friend because they would really feel low after spending their time designing the best for him. If he had enough money, he really would have sponsored them to higher levels. Their works were amazing and if they had to appear in front of an audience, Kiaan Tilden thought they really would be able to get jobs at such a small age.
"Dad, Ray accepted to design the suit for you and I just want you to see it." Camila said.
"dad you'll love it. He did a nice job." Carly said. "But one thing, we had planned to have this as a surprise for you, but now you're here!"
"It's still my suprise right? Can I see it?" Kiaan Tilden asked.
"Yeah... Choose where to start from." Camila said.
While Kiaan Tilden was in the orphanage with his kids, Rhea Azaan was in her office lamenting over her parents' decision to have her meet some men.
Why can't they just left me be? She thought.
In her early twenties, she was already some significant person in the country. She had met all sorts of rich men and no one of them even won the position of being her friend except for that lowly orphan Kiaan Tilden.
To her, being her friend was something very significant since she didn't have any friends.
Curving her rosy mouth downwards, Rhea Azaan pressed the keyboard hard that her own fingers hurt. She didn't like her parents idea. But she still knew they'll keep her words even if she turned them down.
She was still in her early twenties yes, but she had money, power and all that it takes to be satisfied with life. What else? Settling down with one man and planning for a family. That's what her parents thought of which she thought it was a good idea only if she meets someone she likes and not have her parents arrange everything for her.
She also had the Royal hotel to go and have all the legal procedures followed. Since Kiaan Tilden was already busy and wouldn't allow it transferred to his name, she had to employ some responsible persons for manage the hotel.
"Get me the files from Royal hotel." She said to Hutson who got the files and handed them to her.
"Madam, your friend didn't come to see you today, isbge busy?" Hutson said, talking of Kiaan Tilden. "Of the two days you two have met, you haven't had any headaches. What do you think?"
"Last time I had it treated so saying it was probably connected to him is a myth." Rhea Azaan said.
Rhea Azaan's phone beeped and it was beeped and it was her father calling. The information given to her by her father made her stiffened and the phone dropped from her hands.
"Madam, what's wrong? Are you ok?" Picking up the phone, Hutson asked.
"Hello... Hello are you there?" Amor Azaan's voice came through.
"Hello..." Hutson replied. It wasn't the first time he talked to Mr. Amor Azaan.
"Geo Arman is flying to the country today and apart from business, he wants to discuss marriage issues with the princess." Amor Azaan said.
"Ok." Hutson said before Amor Azaan cut off the reciever.
"Madam, Geo Arman is coming to the country today. That means only a few hours from now." Hutson said.
