The food in front of Theo was of a caliber he had never seen. An array of different, delicious-looking food.
The aroma filled the air instantly as more and more food came out.
He was joined by his entire family in the dining room. The room was large and had an even more glorious chandelier than Theo's room.
In the middle was a long table that held all of the food. Theo was the main event in this feast. He was seated in the middle. Beside and on the opposite seat from him were his father, his older brother Spade who was around 20, and his mother who was around 38
As everyone looked at him with anticipation, Theo lifted the gourmet meat in front of him and took a large bite.
Although he did not expect much, it blew past his expectations.
As soon as he took a bite the meat melted in his mouth and it felt like it had already traveled across his entire body giving a feeling of freshness throughout.
'So this is the food of royals! I've never seen this meat before but the taste is amazing!' Theo was absolutely amazed at the taste of the food. Without a second thought, he started to chow down on everything there.
The food had elements of vast medicines embedded into every cell. It was truly food for royals. Everyone was excited to see him eat, but the amount he was eating surprised them.
After Theo finished eating, he got basic information about this world.
He was currently in the World of Zaryn. A vast world full of magic, kingdoms, different laws, and mythical creatures that were never seen on Earth. As he found out more information he got more and more excited.
His name was... Theodore Evergarden. He was the prince of the Valhalla empire. A large empire that resided in the middle of the Flat Plains region. Theo was thankful to be born in such a financially secure family, but the seals on his body stopped his progress completely.
The main priorities on Theo's agenda were to learn how to perform basic tasks like walking and to learn more about magic.
After he was introduced to everyone, Theo asked his father to teach him about magic or show him any books that held magic knowledge. He was ultimately declined because it could affect his seals in a bad way.
The King of the Valhalla Empire was a very stubborn man. If he had a belief he stuck to it. Theo couldn't make him waver at all.
With no way to officially learn magic, Theo tried to use his "Earthly Skills" to learn magic. Theo went back into his room alone and sat down. He then closed his eyes and performed different breathing techniques to try and trigger something.
He sad seen how this helped many MCs in different novels achieve power.
However, it had no effect at all. Convinced that he still had a chance, Theo tried out some other things.
"Gomu Gomu Pistol!"
"Rasengan!"
"Ka-me-ha-me-haaa"
"Bankai!"
Even after all of his attempts at achieving power, it was all for naught. Discouraged, Theo decided to learn how to walk first before doing anything else embarrassing.
"No one come into my room." Theo said as he wheeled himself towards the direction of this room.
Entering his room, Theo got up and started to take a few steps before falling. After trying multiple times, he finally took a break. Each time he fell the pain was immeasurable.
He laid in bed looking at the ceiling, breathing heavy, thinking of ways to walk. Suddenly he felt a burst of pain in his entire body.
The pain was on different levels from what he had ever felt. Theo Immediately fell to the ground on his knees grabbing his legs and struggling. The pain got exponentially worse every second.
His jaw started to hurt from him gritting his teeth so hard and his body felt like it had been burned by lava. The pain was so excruciating that screams of pain could be heard all around the castle.
After an entire minute of excruciating pain, it instantly faded away. Theo finally got a break from the pain. As his vision started to get blurry, he saw something that looked like a blue window in front of him that he couldn't recognize, his vision fully blurred out as he passed out.
When Theo woke up he was in the infirmary being looked at by the same old doctor. He knew that his family was probably outside.
As his vision started to clear he saw the doctor flicking a needle.
"W- Wait! I do not consent to this! I hate needle-" Theo was needled in the arm.
"Stop whining kid, it's just some normal medication, you never hated needles so much before." The old man said as he put his hand over the forehead of Theo again.
"It still seems like there is no explanation for your sudden ability to hear and use your body." The old doctor said with a low tone.
"I don't care old man, get out of the room." Theo said.
"Huh? What do you mean? I still have to prescribe you your medicine." The old man said, shocked.
"I don't need it, now get out!" Theo knew that the medicine did nothing and that it was only to ease his family's heart.
After more insisting from Theo, the old man finally got out of the infirmary room.
Theo wanted the doctor to get out of the room because, something had come up in front of him, something that he needed to be alone to see.
A semi-transparent blue panel had shown up in front of him.
'What is this thing? Why does it move to wherever I look!?' Theo was shocked.
Suddenly, words appeared on the pane. As they appeared on the pane, Theo could hear the same words in his head as well. It was a mechanical voice that sounded like a girl.

Suddenly, a pair of dumbells appeared in front of Theo. They were also transparent and blue, like virtual dumbells in the real world.

On hearing this, Theo felt like he was overflowing with power. For the first time in this lifetime, he felt like a normal human.
Even though his seals had been broken, he was only at the basic human level, if that. He didn't take offense to the "Weakness in the strength of host" because he didn't fully recognize his own body as his yet.
'Well, there's nothing else to do but follow its direction I guess!' Theo started to do the push-ups immediately.
He was energized by the food he had eaten and completed all of his tasks with immense effort. The dumbbells also had real weight.
Although there was no difference in his body yet, he felt very good about his progress.
Tired, Theo wanted something to eat. As he walked outside of the infirmary, he expected his entire family to be there, but there was no one outside.
'Huh.. weird. Maybe I thought wrong of them..' He thought to himself as he went to the dining room.
After he arrived in the dining room, he saw maid Klemtoll cleaning up the dining table and throwing all of the uneaten food away.
"Oi! Oi! Stop! Why are you throwing away this perfectly good food??" Theo questioned her.
Theo had starved his entire life on earth, and to see this maid throwing away food infuriated him.
"Look, never throw away food that is good to eat got it?" Theo said to the maid as he took a bite out of a large chicken drumstick. Theo had both of his legs on the table, feeling comfortable.
"Yes sir..." Said Klemtoll as she started to leave the room.
"Wait." Theo said.
Klemtoll stopped and turned towards Theo.
"Where is my family? I thought they'd be right outside of the infirmary." Theo questioned.
"Sir Theodore, our royal neighbors have come to visit us and talk about political problems. It's a meeting between kings and their royal families that happens every couple of months. They have all gone to the main living room for the talk. Although they say they are our neighbors, they are actually our hidden enemies. There is a history of war between our two kingdoms. We both know it, but the tension will only break if a war breaks out, that's why both kingdoms are being careful for now." Klemtoll said in one quick breath.
"I see. By the way, it's Theo... also, where is that room?" Theo questioned.
Klemtoll looked surprised.
"Are you planning on going there? That is not safe for you, they have not liked you since birt---" She was interrupted by the look of Theo. It was a serious look. His eyes were so sharp they looked like they had already sliced her throat.
"I- Its at the second right from the main hall." Klemtoll said.
'Why can't she just answer my questions, she sure talks a lot.' Theo thought to himself as he went towards the main living room.
