Chapter 24 - First shift

Pain is what woke her as she shivered. Silvia's whole body aches but she couldn't sit still. Water splashed as she felt Kronos nearby. She was being held up by him as he yelled, "She's awake!" Raven and her mother darted into the door way. The light hurt Silvia's eyes and a whine came frome her lips. "Shut the light off!" Kronos barked and it quickly became dark. "Who's making s'mores?" She rasped as the smell overwhelmed her nose. Kronos chuckled, "Nobody's making s'mores love." "It smells delicious!" She growled and Kronos began to laugh. Another whine came from her mouth as she began to pant. "I need to take her outside!" He yelled as he scooped her from the tub. She wrapped her arms around his neck and he was purring. When she opened her eyes she saw the night sky above them. Everything felt uncomfortable as she began to scratch herself to the point she was bleeding. "What's going on?" She heard someone yell. Kronos then barked, "She's going to shift!You might not want to watch!" Silvia snapped her full attention at him at that. She continued to tear at her skin and it hurt but she wanted to scratch more. Then something snapped and she no longer itched as pain took over. Her bones weren't breaking but moving and it felt like she was being torn apart. She went to scream but a howl came out instead. Bloody fur covered her body. It was dark and gross. She whined when suddenly a silver wolf was rubbing up against her. Her legs felt weak as she went to stand but he nudged her. She could see everything clearly in the dark. Kronos turned to her and tilted his head. She could tell he was questioning if she was alright and a light bark came past her lips. He then wagged his tail in response. A tail...Silvia looked behind her and sure enough she had her own tail. She wagged it slightly and it was the strangest feeling. Kronos gave a soft bark that drew her attention back. He knelt his front paws down and then jumped up. This made her giggle but a yip came out. He then licked her face and she felt her heart soar. She started to walk a little less wobbly as they came to a stream. She then got the strongest urge to roll in the stream. As she did she saw the blood flow away. She stood and shook her body out. Kronos then came over and started licking her. A warm tingling sensation covered her making her want to lay down and lick herself. She began licking her paws as he continued licking her body. She then heard a voice loud and strong, "Mine!" It made her jump. Kronos tilted his head looking at her. "Are you okay?" She heard and recognized this voice as Kronos. She nodded and he flopped out his tongue. "Mine!" She heard again and looked at him and he pulled his tongue back into his mouth. She looked around and saw nothing. "Do you hear your wolf?" He asked and she blinked at him. "Do you hear me?" She asked him and was surprised when he said, "Of course!" "Mate now!" She heard growl in her head and it was like she was a passenger in this body as her front paws went down and her butt was raised. A growl came from Kronos as he then came and licked her butt. She whined mortified as she felt like her eyes would bulge out. He started licking elsewhere as heat pooled and she began to pant. Then she felt a gentle nip and he rubbed his whole body against her. "I don't think our first time should be like this. " He said and nipped her ear. She felt relieved but also heard a loud growl in her head. "How do we shift back?" She asked and could tell he was laughing. "Do you need to?" He asked and she was finally able to lower her butt. "I'm feeling out of control." Silvia said and he licked her once more. "Just think human... Fingers, toes, legs, and arms. Like your stretching and waking up. It'll be a few days to get to know your wolf. Once you do control won't be a problem." He said as he stretched out and Silvia watched the fur disappear. His body was reshaping at the same time until he stood there watching her. "My mate!" Her voice exclaimed in her head making her wince.
