After dinner, Edward asked his trusted driver to take Sella safely to the dormitory. Meanwhile, his son was detained and was staying at the mansion.
"Say my regards to your parents, honey." Amanda escorted her son's lover to the front door of the car. Her lips curled into a thin smile, although she was happy that grace still shrouded her manners.
"We will discuss this directly with Johnathan," Edward added.
Sella nodded in understanding. She said goodbye to Erlang and his parents.
After the car carrying Sella was out of sight, Edward held his son's shoulder and said, "Are you serious about this, son?"
Erlang frowned, then smiled. "Well... so seriously, why? Don't you guys agree? "
"No... that's not it." Amanda cut in quickly. He was the happiest, of course. Sella is the ideal daughter-in-law that she has always dreamed of being.
