Richard Pride and his eldest son waited for the arrival of Scarlett.
On her arrival, Sir Dominguez had his hands full with a lot of stuff bought by Scarlett.
He barely could see what was in front of him due to the stuff bought by the only daughter of their headmaster.
Belinda was surprised at the sight of Sir Dominguez carrying a lot of expensive purchases.
"Oh my, did Miss Pride bought the whole store?" Belinda remarked at the overwhelming purchases of their lady of the house.
"She almost did! If her Butler Fredo did not remind us about Headmaster Richard, she may have bought more," Sir Dominguez shared to Belinda.
"Sir Dominguez, thank you for accompanying me and for carrying all of my stuff! So, where is my father?" Scarlett asked Belinda.
Belinda escorted Scarlett to the headmaster's office.
As Scarlett entered the room, she noticed how serious her father and eldest brother looked.

Butler Fredo served hot tea for the three members of Pride Family.
"Scarlett, have a seat…" Richard prompted to his only daughter.
She immediately sat and tried to read the situation.
"You guys are making me nervous. Why are you so serious? Did someone die?" casually pointed out by Scarlett.
Edward remained silent as he let their father break it down to Scarlett.
"I have decided to let you train and become a hunter yourself."
Richard Pride was not yet finish with his speech when Scarlett beamed in excitement.
"REALLY?!! GEEZ!!! FINALLY!!" Scarlett exclaimed.

But things may have changed drastically, since the Scarlett who grew up in the foster care system did a lot of modification from the original story.
'I will finally be able to do those fighting scenes and handle weapons myself.'
She thought to herself while beaming in enthusiasm.

Edward chuckled at the excitement of his only sister.
The headmaster of the Pride Family informed Scarlett with his own conditions for allowing her to train and become a professional hunter.
"You must follow my terms and conditions. Is it understood?" He asked his only daughter with a hope that he was not making the wrong decision.
He added, "Do not make me regret it!"

Usually, the original Scarlett contains her own affection towards her family members.
But the new Scarlett was expressive with her own feelings and emotions.
She grabbed her eldest brother's hand and expressed her enthusiasm.
"You will not regret it dad! I mean… father!" Scarlett gathered her senses from being too excited.
Such sensation became new for Scarlett herself, having someone to call father and an older brother that she could depend on.
Ever since… growing up… there was no father figure in Scarlett's life and she was the one being relied on by her younger foster siblings.
Making her remember them at that point in time.
Butler Fredo was observing the only daughter of their headmaster.
Wondering at her unusual behavior.

"So when will I start?" Scarlett was evidently excited to begin.
"I already sent the recommendation for your admission in the Hunters Academy. Your training sessions will be during at night. The start of your semester will begin next week…" Richard disclosed to his only daughter.
Edward interjected, "I hope you can handle working at day time and training at night time."

Scarlett only smiled and reassured them that she could manage the pressure.
"Don't worry, I can handle it!"
They hoped that it would be the best for Scarlett and not the other way around.

[-In The Pride Holdings Enterprise-]
Scarlett went to work with more stylish outfit and in shiny black stilettos.
Her long red velvet hair let down were swinging as she made her way.
As she passed through employee's entrance machine, after her employee's identification card was scanned by the sensors, Scarlett tried to hurry and get to the elevator.
When Scarlett thought that she was not going to make it.
A strong long arms and sturdy hands reach for the elevator's door.
Stopping it from closing completely.
She turned her head to see who it was.
"Mister Gavin?" Scarlett was impressed at the quick reflexes and strength of the Alpha Prince.
They enter the elevator together along with the other employees of the Pride.
"You look beautiful today," Prince Kratos complimented the way she looked.
"Thanks! You look good today as well…" Scarlett greeted the Alpha Prince with pleasantries.
Other employees at the back noticed the exchange of pleasantries of the two.
Faking a cough to let the two know that they have an audience behind them.
Somehow, both Scarlett and Prince Kratos could not explain the undeniable attraction they have for one another.
But both tried to shake it off because they weren't sure if it would even be a good idea to entertain such a thought.

Until Scarlett reached her floor first before Prince Kratos got to his.
"Have a good day at work!" Scarlett cheerfully greeted the Alpha Prince.

Before the elevator door shut once more, Prince Kratos prevented it to close completely.
Making the others react negatively due to the delays created by Prince Kratos.
"Lunch again? Later?" Prince Kratos asked Scarlett loudly from his position.
Scarlett turned around and smiled at Prince Kratos.
"Sure!" Scarlett replied.

The moment Scarlett arrived in her division, everyone started to give way for Scarlett.
Finally, she began to make others see her as a formidable force.
Unlike what they expected her to be.
Her aura was fierce and confident.
Causing others to stay away from her path.
But there were some who were still annoyed at her.

And when Scarlett placed her expensive designer's bag at her desk, Ivon appeared behind her.
Spooking her.
"Ivon! You surprised me!" Scarlett held her chest.
Instead of greeting Scarlett immediately, the first thing she did was check on how Scarlett looked.
She noticed that Scarlett was wearing branded outfit, shoes, and even her bag was branded.
"Were you in Verany's yesterday? I passed by and saw you inside alone…" Ivon tried to poke around for details and left the fact that she saw Scarlett leaving with a chauffeur.
Her objective was to confirm that Scarlett went in the Verany's.
"Ummm yes, they had a promo and I cannot resist of buying!"
Unaware of the intention of Ivon in trying to find out regarding her connection to the CEO President and Vice President.
"Will you explain to me… why were you assisted by the chauffeur of the CEO President and his eldest son?" Ivon directly confronted Scarlett.
Caught off guard by the question of Ivon, Scarlett spilled and sputtered some of the iced coffee from her tumbler.
"Excuse me?" wiping the mess she created.
"Again, what's your connection to the CEO President and his eldest son? Are you dating the CEO's eldest son?" Ivon speculated.

Not knowing that there was someone eavesdropping in few meters away.
Hearing Ivon speculate about the CEO's son dating Scarlett discreetly.
"OH MY… THIS IS JUICY!" uttered by one of Scarlett's co-workers.
