After class, I was walking to my next one and all I could think about was that smile, that messy hair, that alabaster skin. That voice that sounded like wind chimes. Kylie. When she said her name I couldn't help but memorize it. I didn't even notice one of my pack members talking to me until he waved his hand in front of my face and brought me back to reality.
"Adrian," he said impatiently, "Come back down to earth."
"What?" I replied.
"Are we doing the yearly tradition tonight? First day of school again," he inquired.

Every class I went to, I looked for her. I was about to think that math was the only class we would have together. I tried looking for her at lunch too, but I couldn't find her in the swarms of students. I went to my last class, almost defeated, and took a seat in the back.
