Chapter 6 - 5

"Then why are you standing here?"

Salsha scratched the back of her neck that didn't itch. Confused where to start and at the same time embarrassed to ask the songong man for help. But because of the stomach that urgently asked to be filled, finally, Salsha dared to speak.

"Woy answer, what are you doing standing here?" Aldi insisted.

"I'm hungry," she said quietly.

"Huh, what?"

"I'm hungry. I haven't eaten since this afternoon." Salsha looked at Aldi's face hesitantly, waiting for the man's response.

There was silence for a moment, then loud laughter came out of Aldi's mouth. The man burst into laughter. "If you're hungry, eat. Why are you complaining to me? It's so stupid to be a girl!"

Salsha snorted in annoyance, not accepting Aldi's harsh words to her. "If there's food, I've already eaten it. The problem is there won't be food. What do I want to eat!"

"None of my business!" said Aldi. Then he closed the door to his room hard.

Sasha clenched her fists. Aldi's attitude really tested his patience. Salsha will not be strong if she has to live alone with a man like Aldi.

"It's really annoying, you!" said Salsha while banging on Aldi's door.

"Stupid!" Aldi answered from inside the room.

"Don't worry, I'll complain to Mommy if you don't give me food. If you leave me and you don't take care of me!" Dumel Salsha. "I have an ulcer, you idiot. What if my Magh comes back!"

Aldi's door opened. He looked cynically at Salsha, "You're a scum!"

"You guys have no responsibility!" Salsa pouted.

"You're pregnant so I have to take responsibility?" Aldi's sneer was no less spicy. "Never mind getting you pregnant, marrying, or going out with a spoiled girl like you, I don't want to."

Salsha sighed, being with Aldi made her have to restrain herself from tearing the man's spicy mouth.

"You think I don't want to marry you? I'd rather be a spinster instead of marrying a lazy-mouthed guy like you!" Sasha replied.

Aldi just shrugged his shoulders and walked towards the kitchen. Salsha stomped her foot in annoyance and followed the man's footsteps from behind.

"What are you doing?" asked Salsha when she saw Aldi take out some ingredients from the refrigerator.

"I want to cook fried rice for a spoiled girl who can't even take care of herself, let alone take care of her husband later," Aldi mocked. It seemed that mocking Salsha was the man's new hobby now.

"Can you do that?"

"Are you belittling me?" challenged Aldi while putting a little oil into the pan.

Sasha didn't answer. Arguing with a weak man like Aldi will only drain his energy. The man did not want to lose. So the thing Salsha did was watch Aldi cook fried rice for her.

"That's a lack of seasoning," commented Salsha.

Aldi glared at Salsha, "You bastard! It's like you can cook. It's good that I want to cook for you. You owe it to me."

Salsha moved her mouth silently to mock the man. The man's sluggish mouth is second to none, surpassing complex mothers when preaching.

The dish was finished, Aldi put the fried rice on a plate and placed it on the dining table. He rubbed his hands together as a sign that his work was done.

"The food for the big boss is ready. Please eat it!" Aldi said gently. He rolled his eyes and left Sasha.

Sasha smiled brightly. The hunger that had been tormenting him for a long time would soon be gone. She smelled the aroma of fried rice which made her stomach thrash about asking to be filled.

"You can also rely on the weak guy," said Salsha while putting a spoonful of rice into her mouth. Salsha tasted Aldi's cooking carefully, afraid that the man would trick her by adding a lot of salt to her cooking.

However, the taste of the fried rice seasoning was right in Salsha's mouth. Nothing is missing, everything is in proportion. It didn't take long for Salsha to eat the fried rice voraciously.

After eating, Salsha saw Aldi watching in the living room. She approached the man and sat beside him, watching.

"How's my cooking? It's delicious!" Aldi praised himself.

Aldi's cooking is delicious, but of course, Salsha will not admit it, the man's head can be big. Salsha put on a straight face and answered. "It's far from delicious. The fried rice was perfect for eating with the cat. I had to eat it because I was just hungry. If I'm not hungry, I won't eat it!"

Instead of being hurt by Salsha's words, Aldi smiled sweetly. Salsha who saw it frowned in confusion.

"Why are you smiling like that?"

"Come on, I don't want to argue with you anymore. Tired." Aldi broke up in the end. He wanted this night to be quiet without any commotion between himself and Salsha.

The atmosphere was quiet, both Aldi and Salsha focused on the spectacle in front of them. Every now and then Salsha and Aldi glanced at each other.

Because bored with the spectacle in front of him. Aldi played with his cellphone, opened the Instagram application, and stretched out his homepage. Until he accidentally saw Bella's Instagram account, his new friend at school.

Aldi's lips did not feel lifted when he saw a photo of Bella smiling sweetly in the garden. If you look closely, Bella has a sweet face and smile. A smile that can hypnotize anyone to keep seeing that smile. A smile like an addiction.

"Sweet," said Aldi subconsciously.

Salsha who heard it widened that's why. She looked at Aldi and tossed his hair. "Did you just say I'm cute? What are you doing, or maybe you're starting to like me?"

Aldi glanced at Salsha lazily. Not Salsha, he praised sweetly, but Bella. "Your level of confidence is high too. Who said you were cute and who already started liking you? Don't dream."

"Then who are you praising? It's just you and me here. That means what you said was cute just now was me." Sasha doesn't want to lose. She was sure that what Aldi praised was him.

Aldi shows Bella's photo in front of Salsha's face. Aldi smirked. "Bella. What I said is cute is Bella, not you. Lessen the mood, okay? You are ugly, far from Bella!"

Salsha was embarrassed, her happy face replaced with a face of holding back anger. Salsha doesn't like it when someone talks about or even praises Bella in front of her. Salsha is fed up, she hates everything that has to do with Bella.

"It's just sweet, but what's wrong with his rotten heart," sneered Salsha. She shifted his position away from Aldi.

"Why do you hate Bella so much." Aldi could see if there was anger on Salsha's face when he said Bella's name. It was as if Bella was the person Salsha hated the most. "Bella, what's wrong with you? As far as I know, Bella is good, she's also friendly with everyone."

"That's just what it looks like. What you see on the outside isn't necessarily the same on the inside. She does look good, friendly but it's all just a mask to cover up his rot." Unintentionally, Sasha clenched her fist. The betrayal was still very vivid in his mind.

"Don't tell me it's a boy thing this afternoon," Aldi recalled the incident in the corridor this afternoon. "You don't like Bella because the guy you like likes Bella. If only because of that, you're really childish, childish!"

Salsha covered her ears, everyone would defend Bella and blame her. It wasn't her fault, though, Bella was. Salsha only expressed the pain that had been haunting her because of Bella.

Salsha looked at Aldi with a face full of anger. "You just met Bella and me, but why are you acting like you know everything? You don't know anything, you're just a stranger who pretends to interfere in my life. So you better shut up!"

Salsha stood up, looked at Aldi sharply, and stepped away leaving Aldi who was now struggling with his thoughts. There is a big secret that Salsha is hiding about Bella. And Aldi thinks he needs to find out about it.
