I stood there looking at him with his body covered in someone else's blood and his eyes filled with blood lust.
And I felt like, I know him.... He won't hurt me.... He loves me
But...
He taught me that one of the hardest thing to do is to stop loving someone and tell yourself that it's over....
That you weren't meant to be,
That you have to fight him.
I don't wanna hurt him.
But I am supposed to chose- between his death and my life.
He's so brutal and heartless and I feel like it's my fault.
All this is happening because I'm weak. Because I can't stand for myself.
I am disappointed that even after so much training, I am not strong enough.
I'll never be strong enough.
I was hurt.
"Those people….I WANT THEM DEAD, ALL OF THEM!! THAT'S AN ORDER!!" Lord Akagi shouted as he pointed at a group of three people.
He shot Melissa and formed a pact.
"Melissa! Demolish the obstructions and engrave my way! This is an order form your Lord Demigod himself!" Akagi shouted.
"If you wanna get to them, you'll have to fight me first!" Kim said.
Lict glared at Lord Akagi.
"Milord, we can't fight Kim and Lict together. Plus they both are strong opponents and you can't even use your sila." Melissa said.
"Tsk! Damn it! Why now?!" Lord Akagi said as he clenched his fist.
"It's okay." I said as I walked towards him "You can fight the murderers of your parents, I'll deal with Lict."
"I cannot allow it! It's too dangerous!" Akagi said.
"I have decided." I said as I turned towards Lict "I'll save him and I'm ready for whatever it takes. Because a Demigod's blood runs into my veins."
"Huh?" Lord Akagi said.
I said nothing more and ran towards Lict.
"WAIT- VIERNE-" Lord Akagi shouted and suddenly Scar attacked him.
"You are fighting us. Don't get distracted." Kim said.
"I'm here Lict." Vierne said as she stood in front of Lict.
Lict stared at her for a while until Vierne took out a knife from her satsh and slit her palm.
As the blood dropped down her snow white skin and her blue eyes looked at Lict, she said "Here, this is what you want right? My spirit energy."
Lict walked towards her and grabbed her hand. He looked at the blood but suddenly Vierne grabbed his hand and upturned his body, throwing him up in the air.
He landed on the ground, about 2 metres away from Vierne.
"I never said that you'll get it so easily." Vierne said with a smirk.
Lict got up and glared at Vierne. He ran towards her and disappeared into thin air.
"Again using your speed?" Vierne said and closed her eyes.
'I CAN HEAR HIS FOOTSTEPS' She thought.
After a few seconds she turned and jumped into the air.
Lict reappeared beneath her and she stood on his forehead.
He grabbed her feet and was about to slam her on the ground but she shouted "STRENGTH SPELL!!" and punched his stomach. He went flying and fell inside the balcony of a building.
"That one month of spell learning was worth it!" Vierne said with a smile.
Lict got up and jumped from the balcony. He landed on the ground and ran towards Vierne.
She stamped her foot on the ground.
A huge circle surrounded her and Lict stopped as soon as he entered the circle. His arms and legs were wrapped up by tree roots.
"What did you do?" He said.
"Oh nothing. I just pinned your spirit at a point." She said and punched his face.
"COME ON, VIERNE!!PUNCH HARDER!!" She remembered her training.
"Vierne, you aren't looking for a knight....because you are..."
"A KNIGHT!!!" She shouted as she punched Lict's face and a tooth fell from his mouth.
"Wow! I've got power!! Yeah yeah!!!" Vierne said as she looked at her arms.
"Alright, playtime is over." Lict said as he tore away the tree roots. He seemed angry and his eyes turned red.
"I'll show you what power is." Lict said as he waved his hands in circular motion. His black wings protruded out of his back and he went up in the air.
The ground started shaking.
"W- What are you doing?" Vierne said as she looked at Lict.
"I must say- you are strong!" Scar said as Akagi stood in front of her.
He seemed tired and his mouth was bleeding.
"MILORD LOOK THERE!!" Melissa said.
Akagi looked at Lict who had a huge energy ball in his hand.
"THAT SEEMS MORE EXCITING!! MILORD LET'S GO THERE!!" Scar said and rushed in Lict's direction.
Kim followed her.
"Hey! Wait for us!" Zia said but Akagi stood in between Zia and Kim.
"You aren't going anywhere." He said as he pressed his knuckles and glared at her with his red eyes glowing bright.
"Y- You can't use your powers!" Zia said as she moved back.
"I don't need them to beat your *ss. I still have 'Skorost' with me." Akagi said and pointed at his eyes. "You want the eyes, right? Come take them if you can"
"Y-You won't beat up a woman!" Zia said and suddenly felt a sharp pain in her chest.
"Ms. Zia!" Serra and Oleg said as they covered their faces with their hands.
Akagi's hand had passed through Zia body and dragged her heart out of her body.
It was still beating inside his fist.
"When did you...." Zia said and fell on the ground.
He threw her heart aside and looked at his blood covered hands.
"Don't ask me when, when I'm the one who controls time."
Then he turned towards Serra and Oleg and said...
"And I must say, time is gonna be pretty bad for you guys today."
Melissa stood aside and just watched Akagi do the job.
"AHHH!!! SOMEBODY HELP!!"
"Milord seems to be enjoying this to his fullest." Melissa said with a smile.
"What is that?" Vierne said as she looked at the huge energy ball.
"I first thought of making it a miniature blackhole but I came up with something better especially for you... Milady." Lict said.
"W- What?" Vierne said.
"It's a miniature star." Lict said with a smile.
"A STAR?" Vierne said.
"Wow! Brother! Makes me wanna kill you even more." Scar said as she stood in front of him.
She didn't have wings but she was floating in the air.
"Get lost. I'm not here to deal with you." Lict said.
"But I am." Scar said and started moving her hands in a circular motion.
Scar threw a huge silver colored energy beam towards Lict. He dodged it and threw the gamma rays ball towards Scar.
Scar caught it into her hands and casted a dark spell on it.
"FAREWELL, THE HOUR OF MUSIC!!!" She shouted as she threw the ball towards Lict.
Vierne looked at the ball and said "No...NO!!!"
Her voice echoed inside the blank space and again the blue light appeared around her.
"DON'T HURT MY STAR SPIRIT!!" Vierne shouted and a blue beam emerged out from her chest and bumped with the energy ball. It surrounded the energy ball and shrunk until it disappeared.
"TSK! WHO IS THIS WITH THAT BLUE LIGHT!!!" Scar said.
"That person is always helping her out..." Kim said "Wait...is that-"
"The seventh magic of the Goddess of Melody." Akagi said as he walked towards Kim while wiping his hands with a cloth.
Melissa stood beside Akagi.
"What do you mean?" Kim said.
"Exactly what I said. That is an ancient magic which was used by the 'Goddess of Melody'- the one who created the Hour of Music to fulfill people's wishes." Akagi said.
"That's the magic of a goddess. How did Vierne get it?" Kim said.
"She didn't get it. She inherited it." Akagi said.
"You mean-"
"Vierne's mother was the Goddess of Melody." Akagi said.
