CHAPTER 12
Just as it was given him verdict, at first light the next day, Abaddon left the Aisle of Doom and into the human world was the demon from hell unleashed with one sentence ringing bell in the depths of his heart.
'Bring the souls of all the freeborn mages to hell within a period of six months.'
In as much as that was the one phrase that rang a bell so much in his mind, the message was more but he chose the latter to dwell on because he intended not to fail but to succeed and return to Hell and take back his place, visiting judgment upon all those who wished him ill.
And so the son of the Demon Lord himself was sent on a mission to bring back the souls of all the freeborn mages, a set of orphan mages, scattered abroad in the land but free from the confines of the orphanage to go into the world to do good.
Thus becoming the freeborn mages! For n their hearts held the will of good and their soul, the purest of them all.
They were trained in such a way that no ill thoughts were begotten of them. They were thought of the world as good with evil dwelling within and their sole mission was to eradicate it of such evil, curing it of its illness.
Over time, the demons had to sort them out and annihilated everyone present in the orphanage as they put a stop to their evil, casting out and purging them of their very self.
And now the only such freeborn mages left in the world were the last trained set. A set of 30 blonde haired ladies, the purest of their people for this was never written, of any set of freeborn mages to be all but blonde.
The orphanage believed that they would do the most good in all their time but who would have thought, that they would be the last of their kind.
And out of that breed was one who was the reincarnation of an angel herself. She too was dimmed unworthy because she was birthed with some strands of black feathers and her redemption was to live amongst the humans and do as much good as she could to rid her of her black feathers and transcend them to white.
And so Abaddon set out into the world in search of these ladies who had set out into the world to do their goodwill, carrying on the heritage of their people.

In a very large white hall, several white-winged people were seen discussing in clusters.
Just then another man draped in all-white raiment appeared, causing an instant hush of all present as all attention was geared towards him.
"My brethren."
"Welcome brother," they all chorused and waited for him to speak.
"I have news. Well, good news to be precise." He paused allowing his words to sink in.
"What is that brother?" One of the angels voiced out.
"Well, word has reached us that the son of the Demon Lord, Abaddon Gadreel had been cast out of the Aisle of Doom."
He had not even finished speaking when a loud yell erupted from the crowd of angels.
He waited for some seconds before raising his hand to silence them. "As nice as that news may be, I regret to inform you that it does not look good."
"Why, Eriel?" Another angel asked.
"Because, Hezekiah, he is the son of the demon Lord himself. What good would that be if he is cast out and sent into the land of the humans? More evils and atrocities would arise as far as I am concerned."
"As true as that may be, don't you think he did something wrong that made the demon king cast him out?" Hezekiah asked.
"That is true but what wrong had he done that the demon Lor, as sick as he is currently would cast his heir out?" Eriel questioned, his eyes moving from person to person, daring them to provide an answer.
"I heard but I wasn't so sure until you brought it up." It was one of the lady angels that spoke.
"Yes, Lina, what did you hear?" Hezekiah asked.
"That he had committed treason. He had killed one of their own, an offence that could not be forgiven and knew the only way to get out of it was to kill the Demon Lord and be the Demon Lord. That way he could cover up his crimes."
"What nonsense!"
"How stupid could he be?"
Several murmurings ensued suddenly, causing them to begin to talk amongst themselves until Eriel actually stopped them.
"Brothers and sisters, please be calm."
"Well, that was as I heard. And now hearing brother Eriel speak of this matter, only now do I phantom that to be true."
"If he is cast out for treason, then why should we be worried?"
"This is different Lori. He is one of the most dangerous demons."
"What we should bother now with is, how dangerous is he currently? What threat does he propose to the human world?"
"Spoken well Reuwel," Eriel began. "We all need to be at our toes. We need to be watchful. Who knows, it might be a ploy to take our minds off the major plan. They might want us to think that Hell is vulnerable but we know better. This isn't a time to celebrate but focus more on the Aisle and be watchful my brethren."
"Noted brother."
"That would be all. For now, we must avoid meetings like this. Any new information would be sent across to us. Go about our father's work and do the needful."
"Noted brother."
Instantly, Eriel disappeared and one by one every other angel did too.
