Chapter 7 - Chapter 7- Daddy's little girl

Bree

" Father, I did not come here to challenge you to a duel, rather you're throne." She clarified as her father tilted his head to the side. Looking at her with the same intention she held. " Enough, let us fight. Fight as we should. As we are." Her voice slipped her body yielding changing her ginger hair changed into red fur and her body into four paws. Her voice no longer a visible, yet a howl. One challenging the deepest inner wolf of her father.

His eyes widened illuminated in his silver diamond eyes. " You really want this, Bree?" He called out her name in harshness.

Did she want this? More than anything? She wanted to prove the world, no she wanted to show the world what she was made of. " Yes." She simply answered as his mouth turned into a grimace, his brown curls become a long brown coat covering complete wolf body. The enormous size of him, was unlike any wolf, twice the size of her, three times the size of an omega, and about the same size of the Lion King, but she could swear Rhys was bigger.

Not that she would know he was bigger in that sense, she was not use to nudity of males nor females. Enough though many animals or shape shifters were use to walking around, even displaying their mating. Her parents told her this because she caught them once by accident so they reluctant told her. But still, she looked away whenever she saw someone in their birthday walking tall and proud as she always hid her bare body away from wondering eyes.

Anyways back to her father. Her stood there like some primal, ancient beast. Out of tales, told by their ancestors. Trotting forward with all the wolf confidence and pride in the world of Redsolds. His looked scary enough to make any creature bow to their knees. The closer he came the stronger his pressure became. "Submit!" His hefty growl made her stomach twist. Her legs feel like jelly, her body disobeying her will as he lingered over her head as her head hanged low. This was him asserting his dominance, his will, his command upon her. She began to whimper as his desire became almost unbearable to push away. If she did lower her head complete and submit, it would have all been for nothing. She would have been nothing more than a disappointment. In the corner of her eyes she could see the tears in her mothers eyes, the fear in her brothers face. The nodding and shaking of heads. The screaming and awing. She couldn't give in. After showing her face, beating her brothers, and challenging her father she would have to win. She would win, even if it broke ever bone in her body, as long as her spirit- her mind was there she could go on.

Bree shook her head, she shook her head furiously as her father gazed above her. Stomping her paws into the dirt, gathering the strength within her muscles, her ligaments, her bones, gathering the force to snap out of his will and onto her own. She snapped her head up, her eyes blaring firing into her father." NO!" Bree growled as his eyes widened. " I will not!"

The crowd gasped as her father backed away. That was the first time anyone had disobey- was freed of his will. She gazed straight into his eyes, a figure of disrespect that no alpha would accept. She knew what she was doing, and doing it on purpose. If she could not stand up for herself, for her people what kind of leader would she be if she succumbed?

She could not, she would not bow to anyone.....anymore. Standing her ground, her head high, her paws firm on the ground her eyes sight on her father, and her father on hers. Although everyone saw the outburst of a rebel daughter, she could see in the reflect of her father's eyes in the transformation of his little wolf into a she-wolf. It's was what he wanted, what she had always wanted to be.

He just ever so subtly nodded his head as a sign of acceptance as she knew it was her time. She run forward as her father did the same running towards one another as she leaped over him grabbing a piece of his ear as she held on. However, it was a foul move as King Lucien soon flipped her over landing her on her back, feeling the ground meet her skin just like all the times before in training. But she wasn't just going to stay there, she was going to fight. She pushed back against him, biting his arm as he hissed. Taking this time to overthrow him as she kicked with her hind legs throwing him backwards as she stood back up.

Though the king took no time as he sprinted jumped on top of her. His massive canine teeth protruded, showing off every leadership quality in him. Seeming threatening as they lingered over Bree's face. Her eyes widened as shriek that slightly came out of her. " No. No. Don't you dare be scare for one second Bree." She told herself repeating over and over as she flashed her full teeth. The growls and snarls that erupted from the both of them seemed like deathly wounds. The King was loud and strong echoing throughout the field, but she had to be louder and stronger.

Bellowing a growl from her stomach she went and bit her father's chest. Clawing and scratching at through his fur. Blow after blow making sure they landed as he winced. As some of those attacks were returned scraping and bruising her fair skin as she hoped some of them will heal the feeling her teeth piercing her took her out of any thought. Looking down as both her legs had been mauled as blood spewed out of them. The realization and the thought that she had left herself opened never cross her mind after her lungs let out a high pit shrieked that resonated through the theater. Unable to control anything, she transformed back into her human form kicking her father's chest with her legs as she took an chance to crawl out of his grasp.

Limping away she walked putting a good distance between herself and her father. The pain of her bones, and flesh setting in as she began to pant heavily. Feeling on the brink of tears, of wanting to give up, of wanting not to disappoint. The breath not properly escaping her lungs as she slowed her breathing and closed her eyes. But she was thinking too much. Bree wasn't allowing herself to fight. No she was allowing herself to control.Control everything instead of using instinct or using what she had learned, what her father had taught her not as a human, but as a wolf, a warrior. Enrapturing herself in the ground, the earth allowing all time and space to halt as nothing stood before her but the remnants of the past. There is was a few years ago now different than she looked now but more naive than she appeared as her father stood in front of her in the mist of the endless forestland near her favorite waterfall.

" Bree, look when facing an opponent you have to attack their most vulnerable points or their weak spots. Now what are a wolf weak spots?" Her father questioned at her as she looked at the ground attempting to recall all of his lessons.

She fiddled with her fingers as she answered, " Well um the chest."

" What else?" He nodded crossing his arms.

" The stomach area." She added.

" And?" He questioning raising an eyebrow looking for another answer.

She blinked, there was more, to be honest the last few lessons she wasn't exactly paying attention because she was on her period and cared more about the pain than what her father actually said but she wasn't going to play around and act like she did, " And I don't know anything else." She confessed as he laughed it off.

" Do you pay attention?" Lucien playfully asked her.

She nodded, " Yes, I just don't remember every precise detail."

He shook his head walking towards his beloved daughter as he extend his hands on hers putting it near his neck. She could feel the beat of his heart through her palms, and the warmth it provided , " Well the most important thing you need to remember is that if you're ever in a life or death situation, is that a wolves neck is the most vulnerable point. If claw or rip it out that would lead to the pulmonary artery being cut off, and you would bleed to death." He explained as her mouth formed into a line.

" Why would I ever want to do that?" She questioned.

" To protect people you love or yourself. Or sometimes it not, sometimes it just to survive. " He began as she took in the weight of his words.

Brianna sighed hugging herself, " Will I ever be strong enough to do that?" She muttered as her fathers ears caught her doubt.

" Hey." He said lifting her chin up to met him, " Just believe in yourself."

" Easier said than done." She argued.

"I believe in you. Besides you're my little girl." He made known as she raised her brows, "Come on try it. Just very lightly, you don't actually want to kill me." Lucien extended the invitation as Bree squinted her eyes. " Oh and make sure you don't leave a mark your mother will be very mad, if she thinks I allowed another female to do this."

" She wouldn't be mad, father." Brianna paused as a glimmer of mischievous were spotted in her eyes as her father turned to her. " She will kill you." She confirmed as she bit down on his neck leaving a purple mark as she sprinted off.

Glancing over his shoulder as he noticed the mark he told her not to put as he ran after her calling out, " Bree! Come back here!"

" Never." She giggled running through the forest. " I'm going to tell mom, you were with another female." Bree blackmailed falsely.

For her family.

For herself.

To survive.

The only reasons that she need to continue. The rush that pumped through her veins with uttering excitement, the freedom of knowing what to do. What she had to do. The instinct running free and wild.Trusting herself. Believing in herself. Her thick black lashes fluttering open revealing the silverish gold color held within them. Her father mouth fell open following the crowds. The adrenaline rushing through her that the pain seemed nothing as she flashed over with her claws slashing his bare chest over and over as he threw her onto the ground pinning her down as she found the strength to overcome his and she appeared in the dominant position as he lay beneath her, in a submissive one. Her hands not wasting a moment to grip around his neck, pressuring down! " Submit!" She barked with all the energy she had left.
