brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrin.
Ahhh, there goes the that annoying alarm which I always smash in a quick manner so that it would stop producing that annoying sound. I have always wondered why I even used that alarm clock, I mean why not just use my phone since I can choose any alarm tone I want and I already know that it would not be a sound similar to that damn alarm clock. Regardless of my hatred towards the sound of the alarm clock, for once I am thankful that it woke me up using that tone since I was having a pretty horrible dream.
In reality many would say that a 19 year old should not be as scared of a simple dream as I am right now but I bet anyone would feel and behave the same way as I did if they saw some super weird and dark horned creature that could not even keep his body together. It was as if his body kept on melting and rebuilding until it was stable enough to compose a human body's shape. Not to mention the fact that it kept on repeating words in a weird language with 9 different symbols that meant absolutely nothing to me.
After some time I finally calmed down and remembered reality. OHHH NO it is already 9:15 AM and I have class at 10:00!!! Considering the fact that the walk towards the main campus takes 20 minutes, I have to get up and get ready as quickly as possible. I quickly get up in my still sleepy state which causes me to bump into a chair on the way to the washroom since the dorms in this damn old building are super small. There is only a comfy chair I bought myself from Amazon, a desk that was already in this room, a bed with my own matrass since the old one had literal coffee stains on it (at least I hope they were coffee stains), a closet and finally the washroom which was the best part of this room.
As I get in the shower after taking my clothes off and turn on the warm water, I notice that the water is not even close to an acceptable temperature since I don't feel any different and my feeling different I mean I literary feel as if the water is the same temperature as the air in my room. I slowly turn the handle of the water to the right in order to increase the temperature of the water but I have already reached the end of the range in which the handle can be turned and I feel no different than a couple seconds ago. At this point I am confused since nothing is making sense. Why am I not feeling any different? Why is the temperature of the water not changing? Why is it not even cold so I can say that something is wrong with the water heating mechanism of the building?
At this point I just start randomly turning the handle left and right like an idiot I mean I am still sleepy but I do not think that this is a justification for my action. Nonetheless by the fourth time I try to pull the handle in order to show my frustration but that is when the handle comes off all of a sudden and I did not even put that much force into the force of pulling the handle. I take a look at the handle in my hand and that's when I finally take a good look at my hand and...β¦ AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
I do not really know how one should describe what I see and how I currently feel but if I had to choose only one word to describe my state of mind, it would be panic. I was afraid and confused yet I had no clue what to do next. I was still frozen like a statue but with the difference that I was sitting on the floor now since the pressure of what I am currently seeing is too much hence why I collapsed and sat on the floor.
After around 7 minutes of sitting there on the floor, I have finally calmed down enough to make my next decision which for any sane or insane person would be to check themselves in the mirror which for me happened to be outside of the shower and above the sink in the same washroom. As I was trying to stand up I noticed the same weird texture as my right hand on my lower body which was even more unpleasant. Instead of collapsing on the ground again due to my lower body, I decided to continue walking out of the shower and towards the mirror since I have always told myself that I am a rationalist and not one who makes decisions based on emotions such as fear or sadness. As I approach the mirror I notice that my whole body including my face looks exactly the same.
My whole body has a weird color, I would describe it as indigo but it is much darker so perhaps a darker shade of indigo? The most obvious thing after color would be the weird texture of my body. It looks as if someone has sprayed the color indigo on my body but in a way that every single grain of color could be seen and distinguished from the others. Actually it is closer to a lot and I mean a lotttt of black peppercorns condensed and stuck together using a colorless super glue. Now add the color to it and you get a lot of dark indigo grains maybe around a couple thousands or even a million condensed together to form my body. Furthermore I can see the outline of my body which is not normal since it is moving a bit. It is as if the peppercorns that are condensed together are moving a bit causing the outline of the body to shift a bit while maintaining the shape of my body.
This pattern is evident throughout my whole new huge body. I am currently around 2.2 meters tall and around 80 cm wide.
As for my face I would have to say that I look creepy. First I have horns with the exact same features as my body meaning that freakish outline is there too!! Next would be the fact that I no longer have any hair and instead I have that weird outline, It looks like a bald man whose skin is moving for some reason.
My eyes are red, like light red but they are glowing and have this glitchy texture which makes it look cool and scary at the same time. The shape of my eyes are like the eyes on those Spiderman costumes you find at stores during Halloween. And lastly which is the most freakish feature of my face is that I HAVE NO MOUTH OR NOSE. The second I notice this I freak out but I realize that somehow I can still make certain sounds even though I am incapable of normal and comprehensible speech. It is as if I have lost a part of my tongue with the difference that in reality I have no mouth or anything behind that part of my face including a tongue. All in all I look super scary which reminds me of my dream since I look exactly the same as the demonic character in my dream.
So I am a demon now?
While many questions and theories about why I am like this rushes through my mind, I hear a knock on my room's door which makes me snap back to reality and I realize that my scream was probably loud enough for the four rooms surrounding me to have heard it and this is confirmed by the quite environment around my room because the room to left of mine had his super loud music on that I can not hear now meaning something is wrong.
While I was analyzing my surroundings I hear another knock followed my the voice of Matt who lives in the room next to mine, "Are you ok Leigh? we heard screams and it seemed weird since you are always quite and alone."
