Walking through the streets of Vale, it had been a month since most of them had walked these streets. Now they got to enjoy the city as the next generation of huntsman and huntresses.
"So where is this arcade we're going to?" Carter questioned Cayde who seemed to almost pause mid step, almost as if he were trying to figure it out.
"I know where it is." Lilac spoke up through a puff of smoke that was quickly cut short by yet another dose of cigarette torture.
"Really?" Cayde asked seeming a little worried that Lilac could possibly lose sense in her mouth by the end of the night.
"Yea....follow..me.." she coughed in pain stumbling leading the group towards the arcade.
"Are you guys sure that this is a good idea? What if we get in trouble for being out so late?!" Rose questioned following after the group worriedly.
"You gotta loosen up some Rosie, don't be a worry wort live a little!" Violet rubbed Rose's shoulders giving the younger girl a smile. "Everything's going to be fun and hunky dory. Just smile and enjoy time with friends."
Violet was a girl who really owned up to her namesake wearing a casual purple sundress, purple sneaker shoes and even carried a purple purse. Her hair was a softer much more subdued purplish tone, her eyes were just intense as her clothes in the color department.
Rose wore very conservative clothing. Blue jeans paired with a green long sleeve tee with rabbit ears on the front. Her hair was a light brown color, the only thing about her that kept her to her namesake was a red birth mark that covered the majority of her left cheek. Her eyes were a slight hazel color being a mix of green and brown.
Soon the group all arrived at the arcade which very much had a retro styling to it. It was also next to a coffee shop that had multiple opening soon signs posted against tinted windows to mitigate the intensity of the suns rays. Above the shops door was a sign which stated the buildings name. Abbies Brew.
Glancing up Lilac frowned somewhat surprised that the Atlesian based coffee shop had begun setting up shop in Vale.
Upon entering the arcade the walls were lined with countless machines ranging from classical 2-D platformers and fighting games, it also had more advanced 3-D games, and even some VR(Virtual Reality.) Honestly this place had just about everything. There was even a karaoke bar connected to the left of it. If you were a teenager this was the place to go in Vale.
"Holy mother of god-" Luca breathed looking around. "I have never seen anything like this back from where I came from."
"Definitely gives Atlas a run for its money." Cayde muttered in awe looking around the massive arcade. "This place has just a bit of everything."
"Yup! How about we get this party started with a little bit of Karaoke!" Carter cheered with Lilac giving bright smiles. While the contrasting members of their team. Loki and Kersay stood off to the side with an all but happy look. More so Loki was, as Kersay was more uncomfortable with how busy the place seemed to be.
"I do agree...would give us a bit of peace from the crowd." Kersay muttered in agreeance before following the members of the two teams to the Karaoke. All but Loki who still stood in the doorway before quickly shrinking back out to the streets.
Looking around after buying a room for two hours, Lilac turned around realizing that not the entire group was with them. Frowning she tilted her head running through the people who were there. There were Cayde, Luca, Violet and then Rose. Followed by Carter, Herself, and Kersay. It was then she realized Loki was the one who was missing.
When had that happened? He was known for sneaking away from time to time almost as if he were a ghost. It was weird, especially when she wanted to spend time with him. To better know him as a friend, though it did seem like he was afraid of forming a connection at times.
Or maybe it was just one of those guy things of just wanting solitude. All he had to do was just let her know and Lilac would step off.
Letting out a low huff Lilac started to make her way towards the exit, only to be rudely cut off by a camera crew? Looking at who they were following, Lilac took notice in the living example of an E-girl. With bright pink hair that held way too many decorative pins on her longest left most bangs. Along with rainbow stickers on her face Wearing a pink frilly short skirt, and a matching pink blouse. Her eyes were a vibrant green, and full of mischievous energy.
Lilac knew exactly who it was that stood before her, and this girl was...here in Vale...?
Standing before Lilac looking almost like the girls polar opposite was one of the most popular streamers in the kingdoms. Pixie. Always managing to somehow keep her stream running and interesting.
"Hellooooo there normie!" She spoke with a wide grin on her face as a member of the camera crew pointed a camera in Lilac's direction.
"Um...What?" Lilac questioned tilting her head even a bit further only to realize that she was being suddenly added to the girls stream as a form of entertainment.
Loki walked only a handful of steps away from the arcade, looking back and forth keeping an eye out for anyone that could be keeping a watchful eye out, before quickly making his way into the unopened coffee shop. Upon entering the shop he was greeted by an all too familiar aroma of sweet delicious coffee. Coffee he truly wished he had when he spent a month in the hospital.
Though his enjoyment of the smell was quickly cut off by one single guttural scream.
"YOU BASTARD HOW DARE YOU FUCK UP MY OPERATION." Rampage roared gaining the young mans attention as he looked to where the roar came from. Which was at a table, with several other individuals sitting there.
Man he was really starting to hate today with a passion.
