Ximena wondered what was happening as she tried to focus in class. "No!!, I don't want to be like that, I don't," she thought as she cringed at the thought.
"Gosh, I might fall sick at this rate," she murmured as she tried to wave away her thoughts.
Exams were near and soon she'll be moving to grade 11 and soon a college student. It sure looks easier said than done.
"We are moving," she heard her mum say as she looked at her shocked.
"We are what?" "Mum!!!"
"Please, I am tired of moving from place to place, can't you reconsider your choice and let us just stay here," "Mum!, Ximena called already irritated her mum would not give her a desired answer.
"Ximena dear, I already paid your dad's loan finally and I felt we should start a new life without debts or obstacles anywhere," her mum said softly trying to convince her.
Anyways it might be a way to escape from her unreal reality she thought as she stared at her mum's face.
"How on earth did dad even owe the bank money as asked suddenly and irritatedly."
"I mean we didn't see the outcome or anything, so why did he put you through so much stress," she frowned asking her mum.
Her mum smiled obviously having nothing to tell her. "Let's forget about that and know that we are free now okay!,"she said.
"We are leaving once you are done with your exams," she said and with that she stood up to go to her room.
"I placed an order and the food will be here in few minutes so please reach out for the door when the bell rings."
"Okay, mum," she answered and then switched on the television to see a movie. " It's been a while sitting here," she murmured and then gulped a can of drink she was holding.
"Are you not going to meet your dad," she asked reading a novel and not looking at gina who was busy checking out the new clothes they just bought. "No!!, I think I like this place and since aunt says it's no problem staying here since she's not always around so, I can keep you company from your boring life."

"Hey, that is okay please," "Cut the discussion" Gina said.
"Anyways I am staying here and not going back to dad or anyone," she frowned as she continued with her business.
"So, now the midterms break is over and I am going to school next week, will you stay home or what?"
"No I am coming with you." "Dad will have to pay for my school and living expenses."
Ximena laid on her bed checking some of her few chats and then kaylee's chat came in.
"Can we meet after school tomorrow at my house?".
