Ximena sat in front of the mirror staring at herself from her brown eyes, to her lips, her pointed nose and a mark right below her chin, a scar she got years ago. She looked pale and uncertain. She had been offered admission to study arts and told her mum about it. It's just a week more to resumption and she seemed uncertain as ever.
"Don't worry Kim, l can just transfer in second year," Gina assured Kim who was nervous they didn't make it to the same school. "It's gon be fine okay, no need for panics."
"We just have tell our parents the news and started getting prepared for a new fun college life."
"I can carry it mum," Ximena said slowly while her mum helped her pack every bit of her luggage and put at the back seat. "You really don't have to drive me mum," Ximena protested.
"I am okay now, I just few more therapies and it's all done so, please don't treat me like a sick person," her mum said assuring her.
"So, I'll just get you ready for school, I cannot believe my baby is finally in college now," her mum said smiling and then she pat her hair. The five hours drive was pretty smooth as the car arrived at her school. #Another beginning
"Hi, my name is ximena," She introduced to the pretty blonde girl she found in the room.
"Name's Kim, studying art, Korean, loves music." "It's nice to meet you," Ximena said quietly and then Kim smiled. "Feel okay and free to talk to me anytime, I am always available," she said winking at Ximena.
"Let's help you unpack and fit in place," Kim said dragging her box closer to the wardrobe. "Please let everything be fine," Ximena prayed in her mind.
