"AhhahaHahAhahaha... Don't pay attention to her. Do your work, best of luck." Se-Young said while awkwardly laughing and dragged her friend out of the kitchen, although it was difficult to do so but she managed to drag her cubby friend out.
"Ughhhhh" she exhaled loudly with frustration.
"I am going home stranger." Yoon-Hwa said and tried to run away but Se-Young grabbed her purse and hid it behind her back.
"Heyyyyy, give my darling back to me." Yoon-Hwa shouted and Se-Young grinned, wriggling her eyebrows.
"Tell me that I am forgiven and your darling will be back in your hands safe and sound." she gave her a cheeky smile and Yoon-Hwa scoffed.
"You don't play fair, using cheap tricks." Yoon-Hwa placed her hands on her hips and Se-Young just shrugged her shoulders.
"Ok, ok drama queen. I forgive you this time. Next time I will rip your hair out." Yoon-Hwa made a fist with her right hand in front of Se-Young's face.
"Ouch, I already feel a headache coming." both of them laughed and Yoon-Hwa punched playfully on Se-Young's left arm. But her playful punch was too much for Se-Young and she stumbled and fell onto her butt. "Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha, come here, stand up or people will think I am bullying you ha-ha-ha-ha-ha." Yoon-Hwa kept laughing at the fact that Se-Young was not even able to take that light blow from her.
"I will kill you one day with my own hands." Se-Young hissed and took her arm and stood up, rushing out of there as soon as possible, handing Yoon-Hwa's purse hurriedly and skipping any upcoming embarrassment.
...
The tailor was taking everyone's measures one by one when Se-Young came back. She was passing through the lounge when Jung-Nan called her. She went to her and saw everyone sitting there and someone was taking measures of Min-Hoon.
"Yes, aunty." she said smiling at Jung-Nan.
"I was saying that you should give your measures as well for the dress." Jung-Nan gestured the female assistant of the tailor to take her measurements.
"No, no it is fine. I actually have something to wear. Please don't bother." she refused while shaking her hands in refusal.
Dong-Hoon mentally scoffed. 'Acting all high and mighty, when you only know how to leech off the rich.'
"I am not asking you." Jung-Nan simply said at which Se-Young surrendered and let the woman take her measurements.
Dong-Hoon rolled his eyes. 'Knew it.'
Now that tailor was taking Tae-Hoon's measurements and everyone else was done with it, Ji-Hoon was about to leave but stopped when a cheerful voice was heard.
He was hearing this voice after two and a half years now. Everyone snapped their faces into the direction of the main hall and they could see two figures heading towards them.
"Well, well, well, did any of you miss me?" the guy with his heart-shaped charming smile said enthusiastically. The little girl alongside him, which initially had her left hand into his right, now pulled it away from her brother's grip and hit him onto his leg.
"They missed me more." she rolled her eyes and ran towards Dong-Hoon, who had a bright smile on his face looking at the little girl.
"Donggieeeee, I came back for you." she squealed and Dong-Hoon stretched his arms towards her and took her into his embrace.
"How informal of you, you are almost seven now." her brother scolded her.
"It is ok Bo-Gum, she is my friend right Bo-Mi." Dong-Hoon said cheerfully while pinching Bo-Mi's cheeks and Se-Young wondered if he was really a sour person or it was just her that he especially had a problem with.
"Yessssss." she gave him a thumbs up and everybody chuckled at her cuteness.
"It has been long right." Bo-Gum said smiling at Ji-Hoon and after many days Ji-Hoon smiled and they hugged each other. The bond of friendship Ji-Hoon held with Bo-Gum was very strong. Although, Bo-Gum had many friends but he was the only friend Ji-Hoon had.
Bo-Gum hugged all of them one by one and he saw the sadness on Tae-Hoon's face but did not take this moment for a good time to ask anything.
He tilted his head towards Se-Young. "Ahhhhh, let me introduce you. Bo-Gum this is Se-Young, she is just like my daughter..." Dong-Hoon internally rolled his eyes as his mother introduced Se-Young as someone like her daughter. "...and Se-Young this is Bo-Gum and she is Bo-Mi. They are my nephew and niece." Se-Young politely smiled at Bo-Gum and he returned it with his bright heart-shaped smile.
...
"ooooo, I was really shocked at the news of Tae-Hoon getting married and that too, an arranged one. Turns out things are really complicated here." Bo-Gum said while his attention was on Ji-Hoon who was currently going through some files.
Ji-Hoon sighed while pinching his nose bridge. "You asked me and I told you, now chapter close, story finish. Don't talk about this in front of anyone." Ji-Hoon warned him and Bo-Gum put his index finger on his lips, giving a voluntary blink of assurance.
"Let's go." he stood up from the chair and Ji-Hoon asked while knitting his eyebrows, "Where?".
"To get you a drink, I am sure you would not have gotten drunk and let it all out. I know you the best." he was now tugging onto Ji-Hoon's hand to stand him up.
"After this incident, I don't think that I will even touch this thing called as alcohol, ever." Bo-Gum was observing him for quite some time now.
He sighed. "Ok, leave it. Tell me what is the matter with this pile of files." Bo-Gum pointed at Ji-Hoon's study table.
"Second copies, I need to prepare myself for all the lackings. I got to know about all the matters and deals in the last two years." Ji-Hoon shrugged as it was something normal.
Bo-Gum facepalmed himself. "Tell me again, why are we even friends." Ji-Hoon elevated his shoulder while protruding his lower lip indicating that he does not know as well.
