A bright light appeared in the cave and Zaiden sensed the nausea churning up in his stomach once again. The spirit was practically throwing him out of Hexaphere, since the sacred place could not hold his demonic aura. But before Zaiden teleported back the spirit talked to him, answering in one single sentence.
"You are the blessed one, doom and savior. You will decide your own destiny!"
The bright light blinded the brothers and Zaiden vanished from the sight. The only thing which remained there was a black circle with something written on it. But the guarding spirit of the place shook up the whole cave with a raging voice.
"He will come back! The prophecy has started!"
As much as the brothers regretted letting Zaiden leave, they were thankful to save their self-built kingdom. The boy's presence had clearly put the Hexaphere into trouble. And after Zaiden left the whole flora of the cave wilted into black crisp.
Back in the vampire realm when Zaiden opened his eyes, he found himself sitting in the same spot from where he had vanished. Precisely literally eaten up by the earth!
"Ah! It feels good to be back. Despite that place would have been more fun."
Zaiden casually commented on his brief journey and stood up from his place.
Zaiden walked towards the tree where he suspected the core gem would be. He needed to re-place it in his body, but this time a less painful spot. Since he understood that despite the ancient art was forbidden and lost. But a few spells were passed on by the ancestors, and that's what made the powerful families in class A.
It was obvious that Aaron possessed such rune and even knew how to deploy it. But the statement of the spirit partially disturbed him. On the other hand Zaiden didn't believe in the 'set destiny' rather he wanted to write his own. And for that he was willing to invest his time in learning skills, while looking for any O negative living entity.
He walked towards his dorm without bothering to inform anyone about his coming back. The next day Anna spotted him dawdling out of the classroom and rushed to inquire.
"How even?"
She sounded anxious yet happy in disbelief. Anna cheerfully reached for his hand, when Zaiden sensed a warm sensation from him.
"I'm so glad that you are back, Zaiden. I thought my reverse spell didn't work."
Anna genuinely was concerned about him, the certain gesture was solely based on their master-pet bond. It seemed a sudden switch of her emotions and personality upon seeing Zaiden.
On the other hand Zaiden was already getting annoyed by her constant intrusion in his privacy. Since he wasn't used to any other's presence except that of Curtis. But now that Anna was his blood pet, Zaiden had massive chances to make her silent.
"Leave my hand, Anna."
Zaiden's voice pricked her ears and she immediately obliged to his command. It was the very moment when master Michal appeared close to him. A crow flew close to both kids and transformed into a man.
"Weren't you supposed to notify your return, huh? Are we obliged to look after every other brat?"
Michal' raging voice made Zaiden question his return.
"I was coming to you, master."
The boy was aware when to hold back and when to strike. Hence he instructed Anna to leave, the girl's submissive behaviour didn't go unnoticed by Michal.
'He really mastered how to establish the bond? But how's it even possible?'
The old man took Zaiden to his cabin without asking him anything.
Michal didn't want anyone to know about whatever happened. As soon as they were isolated Michal began to question hys safe return.
"Tell me what happened?"
Zaiden on the other hand replied with utmost innocence.
"I don't know, you tell me what happened? All I know the earth puked me out like a contagious thing."
Michal took a few moments to inspect Zaiden's facial expressions, looking for a lie he seemed to suspect his plain claim.
'There's no possible way that he didn't encounter any other race underground. He is spewing lies and hiding something. The only near by place is Hexaphere, why would those people let him go despite acknowledging Zaiden being a powerful energy vessel?'
