Zaiden had already picked up his element, and being O negative he could absorb and excel any of the desired one. Chaos element could be achieved by mastering any of the element of other blood groups. The limitations resided in determining the levels.
Other blood groups were on their peaks supposedly reaching level 100, whereas chaos element had the tendency to break through. As expected from the name chaotic element required exceeding the existing elements.
But Zaiden was bound to limitations because of the seal. He had to work harder to awaken his bloodline by stirring his core. Upon the demon's instructions Zaiden exited the academy, to find a secluded place.
{Now focus on accumulating all the energy of your body in one place. Tame your flow of blood and determine the surge of qi.}
Zaiden sat beneath the tree near the academy, where no one couldn't spot him meditating. He feared that in upcoming class everyone would surpass him in awakening. The boy had never befriended defeat, and didn't want to be a laughingstock.
'I have to trust myself, this shouldn't be harder than searching for vampires.'
He spend hours and days in his room tracking down vampires. Zaiden knew how to hit right cords in every situation. He inhaled deeply and closed his eyes, soon enough he was able to hear every chatter around him.
Zaiden could sense his blood rising as he began to focus. Something stirred within him, a giddy feeling rose above his stomach. He seemed uncomfortable and began losing his focus.
{That's it, you are doing good. You have successfully reached your core. Accumulate the power now, think of something which drives you. Haha, madness, aggression, evil.}
Zaiden felt heat rising within him which was forced by the anger. His determination clouded his mind inducing the certain thoughts. The demon was proud of his selected host after witnessing Zaiden's first achievement.
He had successfully awakened a certain part of his core, and was ready to learn ahead with fire element. Zaiden opened his eyes upon an intervention which was uncalled for.
"Hey, you!"
Ellen called out to him with pure hatred in her eyes. Zaiden rolled his eyes over the unwelcomed guest and stood up. His first technique was already interrupted.
"What is it?"
He didn't flinch while confronting instead her presence made him cautious. The three of them had completed their detention. Drake and Marco had their training going on, but Ellen came out to teach him a lesson.
"How did you defeat Aaron?"
Zaiden didn't expect that from her, Aaron was AB negative and had a strong command over water element. Compared to Zaiden who didn't have any special training or guidance.
"How do you expect me to?"
He wasn't aware himself how did the demon manage to defeat Aaron. That's why the best solution was to avoid it. Ellen grew impatient and agitated with his stubborn behaviour.
"What kind of enhancement pills have you been using?"
She didn't seem to budge instead kept on bombarding questions at him. Zaiden turned around to take his leave.
"Why would I tell you? Didn't you despise people who use enhancement pills?"
Ellen belonged to class B and her sole purpose to join the academy was to gain power. She wasn't interested in Aaron unlike him, but didn't let him down. With Aaron's reference she had been getting perks and was treated respectfully.
But Zaiden somehow managed to crush him, which made Ellen curious and restless. The word travelled faster that class C vampire defeated Aaron from class A. The class distinctions were originally wealth determiners. But due to lack of sources and opportunities it became a power representations too.
"I despise you as much as pills. But there hadn't been any enhancement pill which can support the user for so long."
Ellen knew about them from her great grandfather, who used to make them for living. Zaiden's lie was caught but he couldn't disclose the secret of the demon inside him.
"I was just lucky I guess, since your boyfriend was already exhausted."
Zaiden remembered when Aaron approached him he was already sweating. Ellen didn't buy his lie and stopped Zaiden from leaving with the malicious statement.
"Will you be lucky today too?"
She knew he was hiding something, the only way to get close to the truth was provocation. Zaiden turned around upon hearing a sound, and to his surprise a blow of air threw him at some distance.
Ellen was A positive and commanding air was her speciality. Zaiden awaited for the demon to guide him, but he maintained silence. Now he was on his own to fight Ellen with his new found ability.
"Don't spew lies at me. How did you control his water elements, when your ability is fire?"
She couldn't contain her curiosity and spilled the beans. Zaiden knew by now that due his noble blood O negative, his ability was to control every element out there. But it was the demon who saved his life.
He let out a chuckle and snickered, while positioning himself firmly on the ground. Ellen was waiting for him to take lead, with her right leg slightly ahead and her gaze fixated on him.
"So you have inquired about me, uh?"
Ellen didn't seem in a mood to switch the topic. It didn't cross her mind that Zaiden could have that rare blood group. There wasn't any information about chaos element or specifically about O negatives.
"Oh, make me! Make me say the truth then."
Zaiden was eager to test his element, he figured it out that certain emotions would let him command the desired elements. All he had to do was to keep his emotions in check. He stood confidently in from of Ellen on some distance, with a faint orange glow sparkling from his fingers.
Ellen could see that he was in initial stage of awakening his core. She mistook Zaiden for an easy target and snickered upon his naivety. On the other hand Zaiden's observant nature was his main weapon.
'Let's see what is your weak spot.'
He planned on to trigger her weakness or any fear which would effect her ability. The demon forgot to tell him about not to overdo. It had already been a weak and Zaiden had to feed again, maybe this time on Ellen's blood.
