...

[New Task: Successfully construct a seal]

[Rewards: 5 exp]

This was the first notification I saw when I woke up.

It was just zeros before but now, one of their value had been changed to 1 instead. It was obviously from the tasks section so I opened it up in order to get a clearer look.

Successfully construct a seal (5 exp)

______________________________

The tasks immediately showed up in front of me as I looked at it in detail. The task was quite easy to understand from how it had been named. However, unfortunately, it didn't have much of a description or help of any kind.

It was just telling me to construct a seal successfully and as a reward, I may be able to get 5 exp.

However, what did that mean? Was it like the xp in games? If so, it should also be related to my level. Before, I looked at my stats and it was a clear 1.

But the question was, how would leveling up impact me?

I didn't really know the answer to this but I knew it will be something beneficial for myself. Maybe learning new seals since it was a system.

With these thoughts in my head, I was full of questions.

Still, I didn't have any knowledge on the matter so just decided to postpone it for later. Maybe later when it has become afternoon.

It was just 1 am after all. It would be better for me to play God's Lore instead.

...

"Cities:

A large human settlement that has many people residing within it. Not just people, many secrets, trades, and quests are hidden within it - explore them to become stronger!"

The random opening message of the game came up as always. I don't usually mind them since they were basic knowledge. So ignoring them, I teleported to the place where me and Explosive Alchemist decided to meet.

The Fotia city's outer establishment - Floating Crane Chamber was where we were meeting.

By the promise, he should've already got there 5 minutes ago. So as soon as I teleported, I was able to see Explosive Alchemist waiting for me.

It wasn't long before his message came to me.

"You didn't sleep like yesterday didn't you? Haha"

As Jade and him weren't much close within the game, just occasionally hanging out to clear dungeons and level, he had other friends ingame who he usually spent his time with. One of them was Explosive Alchemist.

"Are we doing the new dungeon released yesterday? You also missed it right" I asked him in a casual tone.

"Yep, we are doing it. After all, I had to complete some assignments in time yesterday" he replied back.

So after deliberating for some time, I suggested.

"Ok. But first, let's do the trial here since we have already come. It's beneficial to your King of Tricks Wist and my Death Doctor Thyseis after all."

...

The time was leisurely spent as 5 hours quickly went by. Since it had already become 6 am, he said goodbye and logged off the game.

"Once again" in real life, I sighed and quietly said.

But it wasn't long before I forgot the matter.

Today was Saturday. A day I have nothing to do except practicing my control for the test on Monday. However, since I had already prepared for it, there truly was nothing I needed to do.

Well, except for the game I needed to add the finishing touches today.

...

After a few hours of finishing it up, it was finally complete.

The RPG game requested by a client. Looking at how it was functioning, it was perfect.

It was time to contact his client.

...

[Client]

[11 : 30 AM]

"I have finished the game."

[12 : 05 PM]

"Wasn't the deadline a week later?"

"Yes, but as you requested, I did it as soon as possible. I'll send the game to you. Send the remaining money to my account and for the extra time, you can leave me a 5* review"

"Alright. But it'll depend on the quality"

[2 : 00 PM]

"It's good. I'll send the money right away"

...

[2250 Ekters have been sent to your account in Loefin]

Seeing the notification of the money entering his account, a smile rose on Kirt's face.

With the previous deposit, the total money he received from this deal was 2700 Ekters.

2700 Ekters were a lot of money.

After confirming the money had indeed been sent, he sent a thank you to the client before closing the program.

It had been an arduous journey that lasted two months but it ended today; and it ended with a happy ending. Both he and his client benefitted from this exchange so he was rather satisfied about it.

...

Ekters are the currency of this nation. It had a high buying power.

Let's just say 5,000 Ekters are enough to buy someone a car and 500 Ekters are enough for the monthly rent of a 70-meter square apartment. The tuition fee of a normal private school was usually 3000 Ekters per year.

Considering that he had made 2700 Ekters in just two months as a 14 year old, it was amazing.

He could even rent an apartment for months now.

But obviously, he won't do that. His plan was spending half of it on God's Lore and the other half for other purposes.

So quickly, I exchanged 300 Ekters with 10,000 loregems.

Just looking at the loregems made me feel good.

Right after that, not so surprisingly, I found myself yawning and stretching my body.

The sleep had got me. However, my mind was still clear.

Yet, he was yawning. Maybe it was his physical response that got to him after not sleeping for days?

If so, it should be easy to solve. He just needed to get the exhaustion relieving pill.

So, he did as he should and got a white bottle from his desk. Then, he opened the lid before throwing in a pill into his mouth.
