"Isn't that too rabid to talk with a teacher?" One look at the girl would tell she highly disagreed with the fact.
"When a teacher comes around a girl younger than him, acting like he is interested in her, how do you think should the girl react Mr. Wilson?"
Rob denied strongly, "Its a misunderstanding! I would... never do that to a kid! The reason why I called for you because you were running like your pants were on fire."
Sweety was contemplating to take it as a joke or let it pass by. "What did you want to speak with me? It better be important." She folded her hands down her big breasts, accentuating the locket's form from beneath her shirt.
He couldn't help himself from plucking it out, "This will look better if you let it breathe." Because hiding it hinders the sounds he could hear. Also, the rocky thing suited her. If only it wasn't a millionaire project for Tyler, he won't have cared to come back for it.
Sweety let go of her confident style instantly, holding the locket possessively, "Don't you dare touch me." She warned carefully. "I am not a small 'kid' for you to do as you want."
"I was only saying if you kept the locket visible, it suited you."
"Is that all? Warden Mam must be waiting for me." She turned around.
"About the experiment earlier," he reminded and thankfully she stopped to hear. "I would like to have you as my assistant for coming to the conclusion."
Miss Roulette slowly turned back with raised eyebrows. Stupid, you stupid; thought Rob to self. Couldn't he have found a better alternative for having her by his side? In the subject of Psychology, she could be a Master at such an age! Whereas for him, he was a fake. Top to bottom. All of it.
"Conclusion? Do you have a topic of experiment you are conducting? Is it even legal?"
"W-Why would you think otherwise?" He was struggling to keep up with the teacher act, especially with her around.
"Using a student for your experiment is unacceptable."
"Are you scared Miss Roulette?" He took one step close to her. She noticeably shivered but did not let it show on her face.
"I am simply being reasonable. There is no reason for me to be involved with you in any way." She firmly showed her back to him before starting walking.
"You have a disturbing relation with your family."
Sweety ceased in the middle of her walk. Inwardly, Rob jumped in excitement. He stroke the right spot.
She merely stood that way without uttering a word.
"You are not happy with them. Neither are you very happy with your friends but you don't mind being alone. You have stayed alone for a long time that it is second nature to you now. That is my experiment." He went close to her with every word and met her eyes in the end.
Just as he speculated, she believed him.
Rob bent down to her claiming, "I am keen on finding happiness for such a person. Will you help me?"
She had questions for him, he could feel that yet she only nodded and shifted past him, leaving him alone in the pavement.
Putting his hands in pockets, he wondered of the words he said to her. No, he didn't become a psychiatrist overnight. He just saw the same thing in her which happened with him a long while back. Unfortunately, they all turned out correct.
Shamelessly, he tucked in the phones back in his ears.
It wasn't a habitat for anyone to look back into their life and see all things making them sad. Often, a better way accepted by most is to look forwards for happy times and ignore the sad ones. No matter how much she tried, her memories stayed by her side. Bad ones, the most.
Mr. Wilson's claims left her thinking back on her supposed family, friends, people near her. Like why were they around her? This time, how will they hurt her?
"How could you know so much about me?" She quietly whispered in her room but it was audible to him. It was in her tone which made him sad for telling her that. Though it was better than confessing he heard her conversations on daily basis due to which he came to have an insight of her life.
The next day in classroom, Rob found Sweety absent.
"Where is Miss Roulette?" He asked.
"She is in library. She said she needed some books before coming here." The same boy, Meer answered who saved Sweety yesterday in that game from being insulted. Nodding slightly to his reply, he continued the class.
The class was close to being finished and still she was not back. Rob could have asked someone to look for her but decided to do that himself after class.
Looking for her in library, he went behind every corner including the love spots used by couples but she was nowhere.
"That idiot guy." He lied of her being in library. After a thought, he tucked in his earphones, concentrating on background noise because his star was not a very talkative person.
For lone fifteen minutes, he couldn't decipher anything until clock bell rang loudly in his ears turning him deaf for a minute. "Clock tower?"
From the density of the sound, he directly went to the topmost floor of tower which was under construction. Did she come here to die? "Shit."
Haphazardly, looking for her, he found her sitting on one of the open windows legs dangling outside. Sweety was so deep in thinking, she did not even hear approaching footsteps until she was galloped from her sitting place inside the base of building.
"Have you lost your mind?! What were you thinking, sitting there like watching a movie? One push and you will fall straight to death."
"I was not here to die." She countered.
"Just because I am being good to you, it doesn't mean I won't report your actions to the Dean. Come with me now!" He grabbed her hand, pulling her with him not stopping until he was on safe grounds out of the tower building.
"You should have seen the scenery. It was better than a movie."
"Why weren't you at class today?"
She did not answer. He stopped abruptly where Sweety came crashing behind his back. "Sorry."
"That is not my answer. Why didn't you attend your class today?"
"I knew I won't concentrate. So I wandered around for a comfortable spot." Rob sighed at her actions. "You found me though. How?"
"What do you mean? I was looking for you and found you there." They began walking side to side towards school corridors. Rob skimmed his hand in his trouser pocket for earphones he hid before pulling Sweety from that dangerous window.
"Will you tell me your real purpose for being here? I am a very curious person when I badly want to know something."
By now, he chuckled, "Why is it only you who is questioning my existence here? Do I look like a terrorist to you?"
She shook her head, "More like an illegal migrant." She smiled at her own joke but Rob's smile froze hearing her. With every time he was spending with her, she was being good as well as bad for him.
He was afraid she will be a destroyer of him.
