Won appeared in the Emperor's throne room.
His eyes landed on the throne, his cold eyes and expressionless face let out a sigh.
He walked towards the throne.
His steps ringing aloud. As if a great bell those outside entered curious as to the sound.
Palace maids and solider's, scholars and Ministers they all entered and crowded around.
Won's steps stopped at the throne which was lit by bright sunlight.
His eyes were colored in a strange color.
From a child thrown away without even the right to desire, to a man fighting tooth and nail to survive. Now an Emperor was born.
Won sat on the throne.
For a moment silence reigned as everyone took a breath of a this magnificent scene.
Won's long pinkish white hair rested flowing down his shoulders, his eyes sharply stared out an intense cold yet warm aura spread out.
Won crossed his legs and rested his head on his hand.
Everyone knelt.
"We greet his Majesty."
That loud exclamation fell upon all ears mysteriously.

Won stared at the golden screens in front of his face. A smile made it into his face.
Won then turned his head slightly, trying not to make it to obvious. In the corner a suspicious amount of Yin energy was gathered. The one present was a black cloaked, pale as paper man with a beaded rope glowing in a pale cyan.
Won internally swore, "Damn I nearly died even a bloody Grim Reaper appeared. That damn bastard must have been anxiously waiting to collect my soul. Look at his twisted face and all that snot and tears. The system really must have fucked them over. I mean I can hear him singing curses trying to get me killed. Little bastard cursing me. He's even sending Yin Crows to perch on my throne, this little fuck. When I become God I will slash down upon the dammed Hells!"
Perhaps it was the shock of death, but a bit of Won's Original character returned.
Won sighed and said, "Palace maids could you bring me a cup of tea and call the Ministers and Scholars."
Won gave out an enchanting smile, his uncontrolled noble and God Emperor aura flooded out. His sharp jaw and Dazzling eyes stunned many.
"Yes your Majesty."
Everyone rushed about at Won's command.
Won titled his head in confusion.
Won closed his eyes and thought about something, "Considering the time it should come together around the same time. Of course Sangria might have better medicine than what I'm expecting for, but it is fine."
Won leaned back, his eyes flashed in purple, "Ah things I leave to luck just don't work out. Even the poisonous flowers I was using to fight White Dragon didn't sprout and then that happened. It's really a pain in my neck."
Won stretched, "Ah whatever. I nearly died back there I really should be more shocked, but for some reason I don't really care... In fact my mind feels clearer and my heart feels lighter, it's as if I was born anew. I remember having a strange dream, but not what exactly happened in it. Could it be because of that?"

Won looked over the various ministers.
Won sighed, "As of now I won't make any big changes. After the war with Sangria concludes I will be putting forth a great number of changes to the country. I hope the ministers won't make things difficult for me."
A minister said, "Your Majesty you cannot simply just do that."
Won snorted, "Is this a democracy? I am not a mere Emperor, I am this lands God of Victory the power my seat holds is unlike that of a normal Emperor. This isn't a statement up to debate, it is an announcement and if any Minister were to dare dance foolishly I shall personally take a sword to your throat."
Won reiterated something, "War is a useful thing. War can be used to get rid of rotten roots in your land, and even broker alliances. If these ministers do cause me a problem I have more than enough abilities to kill them off."
Won said, "Now tell me the most important things I need to take care of."
The Minister of Public affairs said, "Your Majesty with every new Emperor certain things need to be established. What is our State religion, the next heir and many other things. Most important is receiving your title from the diviners."
Won nodded and said, "For state Religion our Empire will not have one. I am not a Confucius scholar, A Taoist monk, or A Buddhist monk. Furthermore there is no need for a religion to be in place, the morals and ethics of parents will pass to children. Furthermore with how you bunch have made education so stringent there are barely any people who can read and thus the point in religion is gone! Barely 8% of the commoners can read and write, meanwhile over 97% of Nobility can. What's the point in having a religion if no one can read the dammed scriptures?"
Won drank some tea and said, "I can't be surprised honestly. Ito had many rebellions when it's founding Patriarch was present, since then the noble and political parties have made it compulsory to weaken the commoners. Most if not all Empires follow this act. There is commonly a misconception of what Emperor's and Kings are. The people aren't the Emperor's tools, the Emperor is the peoples tool to enforce law and order and ensure stability. To have the position of Emperor is to constantly be at the beck and call of the people. Of course which power hungry man would allow that. Well I don't intend to change much of that, but because of how extreme you were our Empire as a whole had it's growth stunted. You thought the commoners could become Farmers and Miners our main product and thus the Empire would be secure and at the same time prosper. Yet you forgot a limping Tiger is easy prey. Any weakness can be attacked. Well anyway, any solution would take many generations to fix. There's no need to rush anything. As for my title why bother with those crazy fellows, all they do is drink and flirt with women. I'll allow you fellows to chose it as you did with the former Emperor."
The Minister said in shock, "Your Majesty although it is common for the Ministers to give the Emperor a title during great changes, for example when one heir forcibly takes the throne and does not inherit it, shouldn't we still confer with the Diviners?"
Won smirked, and internally swore, "Hmph you're are thinking of using to fellows to divine that I don't have fate to be Emperor and thus try and take my throne. Hehe, little bastards see if I don't snack you."
Won said, "There's no need. I am not inheriting the throne after all. I don't want to defy our old lands legacy."
The Minister of Public affairs was basically crying at this point, "Then the week long festival to celebrate your Ascension?"
"Are you dumb we are at war! All our food is going to those evacuating and the Military!"
"What about going to the Tomb of past Emperor's?"
"Am I a relation of those fellows?"

The Prime minister was surrounded by a group of Ministers, they were all complaining about Won.
"Honestly Prime Minister that man is too much, he isn't giving us any face at all!"
The Prime Minister said, "That fellow is a brutish general, how could you expect a bull to know how to properly act. He thinks all he needs is strength to rule."
A young scholar said, "But Prime Minister he got better scores on the Scholar exam than anyone ever."
The Prime Minister laughed, "Young men truly are naive. The way of educated men is more than being studious, it's knowing one's place and knowing best. He thinks just because he is strong he can step on us, because he is respected by the commoners he can rule? Us Ministers are of a special breed that even Demons and Gods fear us, we are the Heavenly Sword that slays evil. Even Emperor's have to kneel to us. Hehe."
He continued, "On that note what shall his title be? Perhaps the Flower Emperor. A weak and feeble Emperor with a short life who we can cut in a single move."
Won was sitting in the moon and drinking Wine, "Hehe. Flower Emperor? I quite like the name. I will be a beautiful and peaceful flower on the outside, and the worlds most heinous and horrible poison once someone dares touch me killing everything."
Won titled his head, "How is the business I set in place going Shadow?"
A shadow appeared and said, "As master said we first starved Sangria and then used merchant groups we own to sell some of our food. It sold for a great amount."
Won laughed with an evil chuckle, "Good. Inject it all into the Empires vaults. Hehe."
Won was tossing and catching a purple token.

Won walked down to the throne room. He went to a spot and touched the slightly red tinged carpet. His eyes glazing over. Eventually he gripped his fist and a small red lotus formed at his finger tips. The fire burnt the red tinge.
"Yuan'er... Who was she? It's rather strange."
A voice then came, "Your Majesty."
Won nodded, "Thank you Ozaris. I'm coming."
Won turned to walk away and said before passing, "Whoever you were it dosen't matter. Yet I shall take responsibility so hate me all you wish. If in your next life you want revenge I shall wait."
A warm wind blew in and encircled Won.
Won looked suprised and then laughed. Walking away.
