When Levin left the twins, Kiera tried to talk with Hazeki to free the Nomura twins but Hazeki told Kiera to meet him at the entrance of Ziegler Ville. Before Kiera leaves the dungeon, she talked to Koko that she will help them prove that they're innocent.
Kiera follows Hazeki.
"Haze, I know you're shocked about what happened to your Father but they were just trying to help you. They passed Riva town and—" Kiera said but she's interrupted by Hazeki.
"And what? You don't even know why they passed our town, we can't trust them easily Kiera!" Hazeki yelled at Kiera.
"THEY ARE TRAVELERS HAZE! Of course they could pass our town" Kiera explained with a high tone.
"Look, it is hard to trust anyone in this world, we don't even know if they're humans.." Hazeki said.
"I know, but I chose to trust them just like how I trusted you." Kiera said.
Hazeki remember what he said to Kiera when his Father died.
"Right, I'm sorry Kiera. I'm sorry for blaming you on my Father's death. Can you tell me how they made you trust them?" Hazeki apologized and hold Kiera in her shoulders.
"They helped a child when they got here, they help her know that her father is alive. You should ask more to them if you're interested." Kiera said and left but Hazeki gabs her hands.
"Wait, I'm really sorry...I just want to be careful this time. I don't want to see other people die again." Hazeki said.
"It's okay Haze. Remember, I'm always by your side, we can change this world." Kiera said and sat beside Hazeki under the tree.
"You know, I've been thinking how you got here." Hazeki said.
"Why?" Kiera asked.
"I mean, you're pretty kind and you care about other people, there's no reason for you to be here." Hazeki said.
"Haha, I'm very different from my past self. I used to be a spoiled daughter and all I care about is myself and how I can make myself satisfied. I ignored an old man and said mean things to him then after that night I found myself here." Kiera told Hazeki with a calm voice.
"I see, you know, you're strong. I admit that I blame you for a bunch of stuff but I admire your emotional strength. I was born here in Dystopia, my father told me why he's here. My mother died because of the demons and all I had was my father." Hazeki said.
"I'm sorry." Kiera sighed and remember her father's nagging. "I miss my father." Kiera whispered.
"What about your mother?" Hazeki asked.
"Oh my mother? I don't really know, when I turned 16 she disappeared. Now, I still don't have news from her." Kiera said.
"Maybe she'll be back when she misses you, all mothers have reasons why they're doing something we don't want." Hazeki said reassuring Kiera.
"Yeah, all I think of now is how we can change this world." Kiera said.
"I..have something for you.." Hazeki shows Kiera his pouch from his pocket.
"What is that?" Kiera asked.
Hazeki opened the pouch and showed Kiera a pair Earrings.
"This is from my mother...she always had this. I want to give this to you because you're special to me." Hazeki said.
"Wow Haze..is it really for me? I mean it's your mother's. Wait, special? What do you mean by special?!" Kiera asked while blushing and stuttering.
"OH! I mean you're a special friend to me! So take this!" Hazeki also blushed and gave the earrings to Kiera.
"Umm...why are we shouting?" Kiera asked Hazeki while laughing.
"I don't know HAHAHA. Here let me put it on you." Hazeki puts the earrings on Kiera.
Both of them we're shy but when Hazeki got close to Kiera's face, he can't stop starring at her. Kiera also stared at Hazeki.
"You're beautiful.." Hazeki said while starring at Kiera.
Hazeki was so close to Kiera, he leans close to her face and was about to kiss her but he got distracted by the earrings.
"H-Haze?" Kiera asked looking confused why Haze looks shock.
"Kiera...the earrings..they're glowing.." Hazeki said staring at the earrings.
"What? Why are they glowing?" Kiera's confused about what's happening.
"Kiera..my mother's earrings are not just simple as you thought. My mother told me that her earrings were made for female warriors with pure hearts." Hazeki said with excitement.
"So this earrings glow because I have a pure heart?" Kiera asked.
"Yes, I'm not sure if the stories are real but my mother told me that it glows when it is possessed by a powerful being. I'm right that I gave it to you, you must be sent here to help us."
Hazeki said and hugs Kiera.
Kiera was shocked but she gladly accepts Hazeki's hug and hugs back. Kiera never felt a warm in her heart until Hazeki and her friends came. While they both hug each other, Levin approached them.
"Haze, Kiera..you should rest. Big day tomorrow." Levin said and left.
Kiera bid goodbye to Hazeki and returns to her cabin. Kiera felt so happy with the earrings that she didn't took it off while sleeping.
____IN EARTH____
"How could she disappeared without leaving a message." Mr. Tsubaki said.
"She's like her mother. She left me for no reason." Mr. Tsubaki said.
"Just like her mother? No, it can't be.." Mr. Tsubaki panics and throw his office stuffs.
"You can't take my daughter as well!!" Mr. Tsubaki shouted in his office.
__IN DYSTOPIA__
Morning sun touches Kiera's cheeks and was awaken by the singing birds.
"I wonder why today is a big day." Kiera got up and prepared for her training. When she look at the mirror she saw the earrings was back to normal.
"So it only glows when I feel excited huh.." Kiera said and holds her chest.
"This heart is really getting out of control..I need to focus." Kiera said and head to the training place.
When Kiera reached the site, she saw Levin waiting for her while holding the map.
"Levin" Kiera approach Levin.
"Kiera, you're coming with us. This map will guide us to the gate, but you still need to train." Levin said.
"Okay Levin. Umm..about the twins?" Kiera asked.
"Oh, they're freed. Haze talked to me and it turns out that they're assassins. But they only kill demons." Levin explained.
"Oh really? Thanks Levin for trusting them." Kiera said and holds Levin's hands with a smile on her face.
"Koko!" Kiera rushed to Koko and hugged her.
"Kiera! I heard what you told them about me..thank you." Koko said.
"Best friends?" Kiera asked with a smile.
"Best friends." Koko agreed.
"Listen up! The training will be held today in that forest. The winners will be in my squad. The rule is simple. Never leave your teammates." Levin announced as he signals a nod to Haze.
"Alright everyone, there are witches, ogres and vampires in that forest, you have to be careful. Also, the demons might appear so be ready. We will wait here until sunset. You better finish this task." Hazeki said and points to the map of the forest posted in the wall.
"Now go!" Hazeki shouted.
Everyone started their training killing different creatures. The Nomura twins easily killed them because they're assassins that were used to it. Kiera fights different creatures as well but suddenly she remembered the demon that killed Uncle Pedro. She was swallowed by her thoughts and when a witch was about to attack her, Kiko take the attack and fell to the ground. Kiera was furious and saw how Kiko fell to the ground. When she heard Koko's cry she immediately remember what her goal is. Kiera was so sad but she got angry because of the witch. Kiera looked at the witch with a blazing eyes, she was so angry and she even see the witch as the demon from the other forest. Kiera stood up and grabbed her bow. When Kiera aimed her arrow and bow her earrings glows and her eyes looked the same as it was when Levin saw her.
"You bitchy witch!" Kiera can see the witch even if it has a spell to hide from the eyes of the humans.
The witch was shocked and got scared because her spell didn't work on Kiera. When the witch was about to run, Kiera shot the witch.
"Things will end if I stay focused." Kiera whispered to herself.
Koko and the others as well as Levin and Hazeki saw how Kiera changed her appearance when she got mad.
"Those blazing green eyes and glowing earrings, there is no doubt she's not a human..." Levin said to himself.
