Back in Golden Dragon Palace....
Six warriors kneeled before the throne. Right now their Queen's angry glare made them all feel stiff and unable to speak. The silence was deafening and damn near intolerable. "Castian, explain the situation." When she spoke her tone was so frosty that the room was starting to seem cold even though the Queen harvested light. When she's like this there was no other way but to tell her the truth. no use in hiding it anymore. He clears his throat, "we've lost half of our magic power during the war." He says. It happened while they were being chased by Prince Ying's knights. "I'm confused, Gert is still using powerful magic." She says. Gert flinches at the mention of his name which she manage to catch.
"I've been using magic stones." He admits. Queen Ranessa slams her fist on her throne seats arm. She's pissed. They were all thinking this. "How is that possible!!" She yells angrily standing before them. Castian stands and takes a step towards her. She narrows her gaze at him and he stops in place. If he didn't know any better he'd have thought he saw a look of pain somewhere in the pools of her gaze. She turns her head away as suddenly the doors to the throne room were burst into. "Who dares disturbs us!" She yells in time to see Prince Ying in all his glory. Castian felt anger immediately, after all this was that guy's fault to begin with. "You!" She screams her face turning an uncontrollable red. Shit! He takes three strides up to the throne chair and wraps his arm about her waist. Once she's like this there was no stopping the upcoming disaster.
"Let go of me!" She roars kicking and screaming. Castian turns to them and nods as he carries her off through the back. Femur and Rock grabs Prince Ying by each of his arm and leads him back to the entrance; Gert, Mangola, and a no longer injured Brim following behind them. "What's going on?" He asked. Once they were outside they finally let him go. Rock glares at him, "because of you we are in deep shit right now." He growls. Gert removes his glasses and rubs the bridge of his nose. Prince Ying frowns in confusement, "what the hell did I do?" He asks his brows furrowed. Brim crosses her arms and sighs, "this is bad. If we don't somehow restore the rest of our magic power who knows how long the Queen will go in a rage." She mutters.
Prince Ying's ears perk up. "Wait. This is about that? Well why didn't you just say so?!" He asks with a beaming smile. They stare at him with suspicion, "why is this guy smiling like that?" Mangola whispers at Femur. Rock grabs him by the collar, "hey. Somehow I'm starting to get really irritated here. What aren't you saying?" He asks. Prince Ying seemed to not being paying attention to him anymore, instead he was distracted. He points behind them, "say...who's the kid?" He asks. Rock turns to see where he was pointing, sure enough that kid the Queen brought in had followed them all outside. None of them even noticed his presence, which means he was not a normal kid.
Brim grimaces, "it seems he's the Queens son." She says. The boy notices them staring at him and waves at them with a big bright smile. Rock turns back to Prince Ying, "don't get distracted! Answer my question." He orders. Prince Ying smiles at him as he grabs his hand and without much struggle loosens Rock's grip. "Now now, don't go getting you're knickers in a bunch. If you want answers you have to first do me a favor." he says pointing up and getting more suspicious acting. Femur clenches his fist as Rock rubs his hand, "what kind of favor?" Brim asks. Prince Ying shrugs and glances at the kid, "let me be the kid's godfather and I'll have your powers restored." He says.
They all looked at him dumbfounded. To ask for something that simple...what is this Prince up to? "You must be out of your mind if you think I would ever trust you near my Bun Ji!" The Queen interrupts. "Ah it's the newfound Duke and Queen Ranessa." Prince Ying says. I was beyond mad, that damned Prince Ying Su. Did he think I was born yesterday? Of course he would want to try and take my new son as his godson. Since Bun Ji was a very talented young wizard and all. He must have felt it when he saw him, "you will fix this issue with them or else you'll regret it." I warn him. Prince Ying pretends to tremble, ever since she became good he only found this young queen to be quite interesting.
He'll stop the teasing for now, if she gets any madder she'll only kick him out of the kingdm. And may even forbid his return, he didn't want that since he's been enjoying himself more just seeing her face. Also it's fun to watch Duke Castian get jealous and pissed off everytime he sees his face.
He wasn't even that mad at her for constantly turning him down either. "I'll return with Wizard Xou. he has your magic power stored in a ball." He admits. Well it's not like he wasn't going to return it after learning about there sudden switch to the good side. "By the way, I'm serious about becoming allies. It's a start if you let me be the God father." He turns as a carriage suddenly pulls up and he climbs in. With a wave he was gone pretty quickly. Why on Earth did he even come in the first place?
