Back to Kila...
After another hour goes by the fog that kept her from moving was finally clearing, and as it cleared she was amazed at what she saw. This whole time she was by a large sparkiling lake, not a pond, this source was much bigger. There was even an opening to reveal a bit of the morning sky, judging by the setting, it was at least mid-day. Also this lake had a river and as she walks up to look in, there were even silver carp swimming about. A food and water source, it was a good thing she decided not to move from this spot. She drops to her knees and refills the pouch that has long been empty with water, and also using the net given by the villagers to catch the fish.
After a few minutes of making sure she had enough for them to keep traveling, the sound of a painful roar pierced the sky. She quickly turns to look in the direction that she was positive was the direction she came from. Kila was frozen to the ground, that cry, it wasn't a beast trying to kill, it was a beast crying for help. She stands and dashes through the trees once the second roar belts out, Doctor An could be in trouble. She runs as fast as she can, no way she had gotten that far from him. About ten minutes she finally sees the rock from the camp, but there was no Doctor An. She tosses the resources by the rock and glaces about.
Dammit!
She told that man not to leave this spot, at the corner of her eyes she spot a pool of blood on the other side of the rock. Her heart drops immediately, was it possible that Doctor An tried to take down a beast on his on and....died? Alrioght, let's stop and think, she crouches by the rock to feel the blood's thickness and volume, this way she could tell wheter or not it was human blood. With this it would be difficult, since the it was not easy to tell a difference. Not for a normal doctor anyways, she then sniff the blood and using green mana to get a closer look. Kind of like a microscope, luckily enough all this was enough to prove three time that she was looking at animal blood.
It was always best to test something more than once just to be sure. Now she knows it's animal blood that could give her better evidence. Doctor An lives and damaged the creature or Doctor An damaged the creature and was then wallowed up whole. It still gave her a chance, depending on how long the creature swalled him he could still be alive and the creature didn't digest yet. They were pretty detailed theories and most likely to happen. This is bad, she have to find that creature fast, in case it was her last theory, if not it could be the worst case scenerio.

That's not far, she dashes in the direction of the beasts cries, she beginning to see large footprints and human footfrints. This means that Doctor An was traveling beside the beast, which was odd for him. She comes to a screeching halt, back to the lake. There was a beast so big covered in fur, kind o like a giant dog. but it had a stange coating. A dog with stripes, Perhaps a tiger? Whatere it was it was still bleeding and sitting before it was Doctor An, nursing it's wound. It was the first creature she's seen since they been here, "Kila! Glad you're here, I've been doing my best to keep this poor creature alive so it could give birth. I need your help." he says.
Kila stares at the Dog, lion, tiger, or whatever, "birth?" She asks with wonderment. "Don't ask, it came out of nowhere and was real adament of leading me over to this lake. Speaking of, what took you so long, I find the lake before you." He says. Kila bites her tongue and decided to let him think that, "let's not worry too much about me, I guess we should start delivering that baby." She says. And just like that, the both of them spent almost a whole day, keeping this creatue alive in order to deliver it's baby. After the birth of whatever it is, the mother licks the baby clean before lying her head down and whimpering.
Kila picks the baby up and sits crossleged before the mother beast, "won't be long before she passes, it's a shame really, to leave this baby in a world on it's on." She says. guess that's the reasn it's called a Life Cycle, everyone goes through it. The Mother beast lifts her head and tilts it at her, then whimpers again. "I think she's asking you to keep the beast child safe." Doctor An says. "Nonsense, what am I going to do with a beast?" She asks whipping back to glare at Doctor An who then shrugs. She looks back at the mother, and llooking into her dull marble blue eyes, she almost didn't catch the glow in her eyes.
Kila sighs, "fine, I'll keep him and protect him as if he was my own child." She says to her. The beast raises it's large paw and lies it on her head, then touched Kila's forehead to the baby. A blast of light explodes and symbol marking air appeared in both their foreheads, "Thank you, please keep her safe and give her a name." The voice drifted into the wind. She knew it was the voice of a God level Tier Beast, but what beast was it? The mother beast was dead and Kila was left with her child, she looks down at her and smiles, "well I guess it's not so bad, I'll name you Windy." She says.
