She sheaths the sword, though she had to buy the sword pocket and they stocked a bit on food before taking a walk back to the inn. "Man these market stalls are pretty impressive, I not only found this really cool looking amulet. But look a treasure map." Doctor An holds up the two items. Kila sigh, "let me get this straight, you wasted the money I gave to you on these two items. Is that correct?" She ask. Doctor An nods, "wait was it a bad idea. I mean it was pretty cheap." He rubs his chin in thought.
Kila turns away from him and enters the inn with a shake of her head, "nevermind, it's your money." She say. "Ah you return, did the markets have anything you wanted?" The old man ask. "Yes, thank you. Oh one more thing, the person that came in after us..what did they look like?" Kila ask trying to seem curious. The old man takes a puff on his stick and stares at her suspiciously, "well it was actually two people. One looked like a little girl and the other perhaps I say he was about twenty-three or four." He says. Doctor An looks at her in surprise, "I see, thank you." Kila says as the two rounded the corner to their bedrooms.
The both of them went into Kila's room and Doctor An closes the door behind them before turning to her quickly, "that can't be coincidently." He says. Kila crosses her arms as she sits on the edge of her bed, "must be those two, it does make sense why they haven't attacked us." She agrees. Doctor An frowns, "but we clearly went our separate ways when we left the forest." He plops down into her chair. "Yeah, they must have changed their mind at the last minute. Or maybe it is just a coincidence and they were heading the same way." She points out. He nods, "I guess that could happen...like hell they are here in the same inn as us, they was clearly following us you said so yourself!" He rages.
Kila nods, "yes, you're right. I can't refute that." Well it seems we will have to expose them now and see why they follow us." Kila stands and walks out the room down to room Four, then knocks. Like last time no one answers, but she knew they were in there, "princess Ara, I knopw you followed us. It was very unprofessional of you not to hide your mana." Kila says knocking again. There was silence and then after a few minutes the door cracks revealing Ara's small face. She then opens the door all the way and smiles a bit shyly, "I guess no one can hide from you, it was my fault for not hiding my mana." She says.
King Jero shakes his head, "no don't hide the truth. You definitely hid your mana well. You two come in." He says. Kila raises an eyebrow then her and Doctor An enters the room. Princess Ara closes the door behind them, "explain what you mean by that?" Doctor An asks. King Jero sits in the chair, "it's simple, the woman over there is not a normal person." He says nodding over at Kila. "the woman? The name's Kila." She says. He shrugs as if not ccaring, Kila really wanted to slice him down with her new sword right now, "like I was saying not a normal woman, we seen that sword react to you." He then stands and leans towards her, "who are you?"
Kila felt the thumping of her heart, did he notice something? No, it was the sword's reaction to her person, that has nothing to do with her past life but something to do with the original owner of this body. If only she knew more about the body her soul has taken over, also this man was way too close. Reaching out Kila pushes his face away, "I don't know what you're talking about, I'm Kila and that''s it. Instead of worrying about me, how about you? A man with as much mana as you, you're no simple King." She says. He leans back after getting his face pushed away, "so we are both hiding something." He looks away.
Doctor An and Princess Ara looks at them both and then at each other, it was clear that there was a bit of tension, "well it seems that we will be joining you during your journey....that is if you will have us?" Ara turns to Kila with hope. Her huge eyes shines with hope to the point that Kila had no choice but to agre. She stands and heads to the door, Doctor An behind her, 'fine, I don't see why not." Kila grumbles leaving their room and crossing to hers. Doctor An on the other hand had to agree with that King Jero guy, who was she? A young girl who can not only use medicine with professional abilities, but she also can fight well. Is almost as if she was etheral, not only that she seemed to have a heavy past. But as he promised he won't dig deep into her life and wait for her to be ready to tell him herself. That was most likely ever going to happen.
