Kila pushes aside the revenge for now and something else crossed her mind. These days she have felt that something was missing, but what exactly. It was just a mere thought and for only a split second before she shakes her head and completely pushes the thought away. Well whatever it was, was probably not so important. The next day Kila made her way outside the room where Doctor An stood waiting, "Good morning." He greets. Kila stares at him and yawns, "Doctor An do you have this feeling that we're forgetting something since the forest?" Kila ask him.
Doctor An touches his chin in thought, "now that you mention it, I keep having these thoughts all last night." He mutters with a frown. Princess Ara comes out the room looking refreshed. "By any chance did we leave anything in the forest?" Kila was asking Doctor An. Princess Ara blinks, "is something wrong?" She asks. The two look at each other and then Doctor An explains it to her. "Actually now that you mention it, when we came upon you two, there was something fluffy with you at the time. Right when Kila was attacked by the Shadow demon and fainted due to serious injury it was gone." She says with a pointed finger.
Suddenly everthing slowly clicks and Kila felt herself pale, "Windy!" Doctor An and Kila corused. King Jero came out at the time looking annoyed, "why is it so lively?" He asks. Kila slaps her forhead for being such an awful pet owner, with everything that was happening she totally forgotten about her Beast. Princess Ara who was still completely confused shrugged at her brother, "don't know, they've been mentioning something called a Windy." She says.
"Windy? You mean that little 10 level Heaven God Beast you had?" King Jero ask. Ten level Heaven God Beast? That can't be right..., there's no way, it can't be the same beast...could it? "You look surprised by this, don't tell me you made a pact with a beast without knowing its origin?" He asked with narrowed eyes. On the other hand Princess Ara is still confused and wasnt sure what was happening. "Ha..ha...of course not." Kila scratches her cheek with guilt. It seems he really was talking about her Windy, in that case, "wait how did..." she wasn't able to finish.
King Jero steps aside as Windy came pouncing out the room and towards Kila happily shedding tears. Kila catches her instantly as she realizes that she has gotten a little bigger since the last time she's seen her, "let me guess, how did I know her name was Windy? First of all I have the power of nature so talking to beast is obvious, Second she climbed into my window this morning, found her sniffing around my bed," he explains. He crosses his arms, "you should be more careful, a beast like that is bound to catch unwanted attention. Considering she's a very powerful Beast with complete loyalty to her master." He says, "I'm not sure how you managed get a hold of her, but next time try not to lose her." He walks back into the bedroom.
Doctor An stares over at Windy, "to think we had something like a Heaven God Beast in our possession." He mutters with a shocked expression. Kila nods in aggreement, "it's sooo cute." Princess Ara exclaims her eyes with hearts in them as she made an attempt to pet Windy who turns her face away and buries it in Kila's chest. "Aw I don't think it likes me." She says with a pout. "Of course it does, well I want to go take a walk, Doctor An can you keep Windy with you?" She asks. She attempts to hand Windy over but she immediately gmakes a noise as if she was refusing, "I guess I'll take her with me." Kila says.
Kila took a stroll outside, they had one more rest day before leaving Cove Valley to continue their journey. As she walks past a stall a man with cloth covering one of his eyes grabs her arm before she could past. "excuse me little lady." He says. Kila shakes his arm off immediately, "what the hell, who are you?" She asks. The old man scratches the back of his head, "didn't mean to scare you, but i couldn't help noticing that sword you're carrying. Are you a knight maybe?" He asked.. The old man was dirty and he looked to be sweating, "I'm not a knight but I know how to handle this sword, why?" She ask him. The old man brightens a bit, "We merchants are in need of help, there are some men that keep trashing the market stalls. Everyone here is too afraid to ask for help from the king." He says.
Kila frowns, there was no way she wanted to get involved in yet another mess. But looking around at the frightened faces made her realize that there seemed to be some tension building. "Why are you afraid of the king, is he not kind?" Kila wonders. The old man shakes his head, "the king never cares about Cove Valley, we look flourishing but that's not the case. Everyday we worry for our lives and our goods. We have been wishing that someone could get rid of our problem. What better way than to ask you travelers, we will award you, of course." The old man says. Kila sighs, looks like she will have to go back to the inn. How annoying, yet another day will be lost, "come on Windy let's go back."
