"Ouch ..."
The sound of the glass sound was accompanied by screams of pain. Yes, the glass didn't land directly on the ground but stopped to take a detour over the head of one of the guests at this dinner before finding it's way to the floor.
"What happened? How come there was a flying glass?"
"Call an ambulance, hurry!"
As the atmosphere turned more chaotic, Celine got frightened as her whole body started trembling. Unable to stand up straight any longer, celine just crouched down to sit.
"There seems to be someone on the balcony, we can check to find out the culprit," said a visitor.
Celine could hear that, making her even more terrified. Her whole body trembled, her hands seemed to want to protect herself as they hugged her own body on their own.
'What if these guys find me? What if I meet Darren's mama and daddy? What more insults will I receive,' Celine thought. She wanted to hide far away, but didn't have the courage to do so.
"Can you only do these type of things, without being responsible?"
The sound of the voice brought Celine away from her thoughts, she immediately stared at the source of the sound.
"Are you going to stay there, until those people find you?" the person repeated again.
"I-I..."
It turned out that Celine still couldn't open her mouth, her heart was too shaken. What should she do now? And what was this person talking?
Beyond predictions, the man immediately took off his suit and threw at Celine.
"Put it on, cover your face with my coat! I'll take you away before those people find you. That too if you want!" said the man.
Celine was not someone who would easily trust other people, but this time she chose to believe in this man who suddenly came. She did as the man said, covering her face a little.
"Can you stand on your own?" asked the man again.
Celine nodded slowly, she immediately tried to get up. But failed! Her bones felt were very limp, unable to support her own weight.
"Aish! Women are always troublesome!" The clicked his tongue. He immediately approached and without warning immediately picked up Celine.
On reflex, Celine refused. "Well, if you can walk on your own, it's better, I don't have to lift weights either! But waiting for you to walk normally will take a long time. People must have found you already!" said the man.
"Eh ... can you just support me, please? My legs are shaking too much to stand on my own," pleaded Celine.
The man shook his head, he seemed very surprised to see Celine, but even so he still held out his hand.
Celine reached for that hand, and tried to get up. But unfortunately, she wasn't strong enough to stand up. Her hold on his hand went out of balance too and in the end they fell together. Celine landed on the man's chest who was now lying flat on the floor.
For a moment they were still confused about what had happened, so they were still completely dumbfounded. "Hey woman! How long do you want to sleep on my chest? Is my chest comfortable like a bed for you?" said the man, making Celina quickly get up immediately.
But, whoops!
Something unexpected happened when Celine was about to get up, she touched something she shouldn't have! Because it would turn something out of control.
"You? Why did you touch that?" shouted the man.
Celine's eyes bulged as if she realized what she was touching, she quickly raised her hand.
"I-I'm sorry!" said Celine, looking down.
"Aish !! Why did I approach you!" clicked the man annoyed.
Celine remained silent, this was very clumsy.
"Celine ...?"
The small voice brought the two people out of their bubble, and simultaneously they looked at the source of the sound.
"What happened?" Darren asked, it was Darren who came.
Earlier, when he was about to enter the introduction stage, Darren accidentally saw Celine who was standing alone on the balcony, and as soon as the glass landed on the head of one of the invited guests, Darren quickly ran here to bring Celine away.
