So, I edited the first couple chapters, combining them. The issue I was having is that, when I first started writing this story, I didn't realize how short a thousand words was. I just looked at it and was like, "Oh, I have a thousand words in this chapter, that's a decent amount, so I can stop here." Recently I have been reading a lot of other novels on this app and I found out that a thousand words is by no means a decent amount.

Basically, chapters 1, 2, and 3 were merged into chapter one, and I think chapters 4 and 5 were merged together, but after that point I had already started writing longer chapters and therefore didn't need to merge the rest of them.

Anyway, just a heads up for those of you who look back and see that all the sudden there are less chapters. No, I did not delete content, I just condensed it a little bit. I'm also not entirely sure what I want to do with this character, I kind of made him too op too fast, so I have lost all interest in him. I'm working on a different story that also takes place in this world, but he will be a bit less OP, and hopefully this way I will have a reason/will to keep writing. I'm considering just having this MC learn to control his magic just a bit so he can recharge his time-machine then he just goes back to Earth and end this story like that so I can write new information about this world as I go with my other story.
