It was towards the beginning of Second Semester and so far, I think all I've ever done was getting high with Juliet, we've made some new friends along the way like Mikey, Dani, Frankie, Gretchen, Yvonne, Reggie and Jonathan. Heather, Marcy and Pam, we talk to them from time to time, but now lately, I've been finding new ways to almost get away with everything, Dani has been helping me out with that, hell of a lot more and I have to say, there are some benefits with the things that I can do now. Out of nowhere when we were smoking, she asks me,"So what you gonna do after High School?"
"What do you mean?"
"Like what are you going to do?" I thought about it for a solid minute and my answer was,"I have no clue really, I mean when I was younger, I wanted be on Broadway, dancing and singing on stage in New York, but after my mother told me that I could never make it as a dancer, I just...." She nodded as she was taking a puff,"SO what do you think about Motley Crue's new album coming out?"
"I cannot wait for that, I so want to see them one of these days" She handed me the cigarette and I took a puff,"What about you Dani? What are you gonna do?"
"I don't know really, I heard one of the positions up at this Hotel is open, hopefully I can go there and work up to the top"
"Wow you have it all planned out" She nodded,"Well it's kinda what Junior Year does to ya" I envied her knowing what she was going to do after High School, that's what got me thinking: What the fuck am I gonna do after High School?
My grades were so far, so good, Frankie came over to Juliet, Reggie and I at our table,"We're throwing a party this weekend!"
"This weekend?" Reggie asked,"Where?"
"My old man's place, that place is tight, believe me, he's got everything except for one thing" I asked him what it was,"We don't have the stash"
"I think Jonathan can get some if we tell him as soon he gets his lazy ass over here" Yvonne said to Reggie, Jonathan came over with a lunch tray,"Who needs to get their lazy ass over here?"
"You" I said to him and he nodded,"What about?"
"Frankie's old man is out of town for the weekend and he's throwing a party, but we don't have the stash"
"Yeah I can get some, how much?"
"As much as we need" Jonathan smirked at me as he leaned back in his chair,"When's this party gonna start? I can bring some after school today and on Friday"
"That's a deal" Jon took a bite of his fry and we started talking about other things,"Leezak is starting to become a pain in my ass, I swear if he gets on me for talking out my walkman again, I'm gonna tell the man that he's so fucking boring and I'd rather listen to my little sister's Sixteen Candles soundtrack than hear his teaching method"
"Dude that's a mouthful there" Mikey said to him,"We also need to invite some chicks and some guys from a college"
"College? Are you sure that they'd be into a High School party because we're under age and they could in jail for-" Gretchen was cut off by Frankie,"Okay, okay we get it, not College people, we'll just invite some people that are into a good time at Le Frank's" Meaning half the Freshman and Sophomore Class that can come to his place, so it was official, there was gonna be a fucking wild time on Friday Night
So I told my mother and brother that I was going to Gretchen's house and Gretchen said she was going to stay at Yvonne's place, Yvonne said that she was going to stay at Dani's place, Dani said that she was gonna stay at Juliet's place, so it was a fool proof plan, so we ended up staying at Frankie's for the party,"So did you get the flyers out?"
"Well duh, there's no way that no one will miss this party" 20 minutes later, kids came with a Keg and a tap to open it, I knew right then and there that this will be a party that I couldn't forget. Everyone around me was fucking wasted, everywhere I looked, there was always something new, rock music was playing, everyone was just rocking out, having the time of their fucking lives, crazy shit was happening. I went over to Juliet,"Hey dude, cheers" She gave me a shot and when I drank down that fiery shot down my throat, it was slowly getting coated with a burning sensation then it hit me, I slowly started losing my consciousness and that was when everything around me started to look like it was a whole new world,"What's in this?"
"Don't worry about it, it's what gonna get us all going" I started to see a different reality, I looked over in the pool and there was kids in there taking off their clothes as they were getting ready to jump in there. Next song I heard was Wake Me Up Before You Go Go by Wham! God it was such a shitty song, but maybe I secretly liked it because I remember dancing then went over to Jonathan,"Johnny Be Good dance with me"
"I don't dance"
"So, no one will know Mr. Cool Guy" He groaned as he started dancing slowly,"Come on, let loose, shake your hips"
"I don't have hips" He said to me and we started dancing in the yard,"Cannonball!" One boy was completely nude jumped off the diving board and we all cheered when he went in, Jonathan pushed me in there, I instantly pulled my head out of the water,"John!" He apologized in a joking way, he pulled his hand out as he was leveling himself, I pulled him into the water,"Payback Danford!" He dunked me and I pantsed him, I got out of the pool, went back inside to dry myself off, kids were playing pool, getting high. I went upstairs and when I went into the bathroom, this girl was butt naked on the sink when this guy had his pants down,"Oh fuck!" I closed the door,"Don't think I'm drunk enough to forget that" I went back downstairs to get another shot, Billy Idol started playing, I started jamming out not giving a shit about my wet clothes,"Hey you! Get your ass over here" Juliet came over and I went to her."You need to try this, this is the shit here" She handed me the bong,"Really?"
"Really? Do it" I nodded and she lighted the bowl as I inhaled deeply of the weed adding a burn down my throat, but it was worth it, this shit was off the hook, I started feeling some weird shit going on, I walked around and when I walked down the stairs I started seeing the stairs slowly going up, the rooms started warbling around, but next thing you know I walked up to Jonathan,"You good?"
"Kiss me"
Next morning I woke up on a bed, god the sun was out and blazing right into my fucking eyes, I looked at myself in the mirror, I was dishoveled, my hair was more frizzy, my clothes.....half of it was gone, I rubbed my eyes and there was a boy in the bed WITH ME! I turned around and it was Jonathan Danford, I covered my mouth to prevent myself from screaming, I was in shock, I can't even remember what happened, I went into the bathroom to go into the bathroom, oh my god did it hurt to go,"How hard was I going last night?" I put my face in my hands then the shower curtain opened,"You were going mega hard" I screamed,"Who the hell are you?"
"I'm Max, we have Science"
"Get out!"
"Righto" He bolted out of there and I groaned as I was getting up, I got out of the bathroom and walked downstairs. Frankie was in his boxers with some weird writing, beer bong on his head, I looked everywhere, god was the party fucking insane
I went to the fridge, yeah fuck that, there was vomit all over in there, I almost puked and shut the fridge instantly, I groaned as I went to the counter and moved some solo cups,"Holy shit" My head started spinning, I couldn't think straight, I had to try to find clothes and try to wash myself without puking when I'm looking at myself, after I got done cleansing myself, I put some fresh clothes on and I got out of the bathroom, saw Jonathan watching TV, he asked me,"We fucked, didn't we?"
"Um yeah, seems like we did, is that bad?"
"No, not really, I'm just....mm....surprised" I sat next to him, but not too close,"W-what do you mean?"
"You dated one of my friends, I didnt think that you and I would...." I nodded as he was finishing his sentence,"I mean I had a thing for you, I wasnt sure you felt the same"
"You had a thing for me?" He nodded slowly to prevent him from having a big hangover,"Yeah, I guess I didn't really know about it until now" I smiled lightly,"I guess I felt the same way too" From that moment on, Jonathan Danford and I were dating
