"We've got to go now!" Soon I was being lifted off the floor and carried to the nearest exit. I was still weak from the event that happened earlier with that stupid radio. "Put her in the back of the Impala," My body met with the soft seats of the car. I was still recovering from the event. I heard the doors open and close around me. I opened my eyes; it was day. The light was blinding me and worsened my headache. The engine started and the car jerked off in a hurry to get away from the building. I didn't see what happened. I was exhausted and fell asleep to the soft purr of the Impala and the classic rock that played on the car stereo.
When I woke up I was in a bed covered in the sheets. Except this wasn't my bed. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. It was night. It didn't take long to adjust to the environment. I reached for the lamp when I heard someone softly snoring. I saw another bed next to mine. I turned on the light; it was bright but I adjusted. I was wearing someone's large shirt and I had shortcuts on. Jack sat up and turned to face me.
"You're awake! Are you hungry?" His hair was messed up and it wasn't in one place anymore. It was all over. I tried not to laugh at the sight. "I know my hair's messed up," he brushed it to one side and it looked normal again. "If you are there's some food on the table for you."
"Thanks for everything, you guys must've put a lot of effort into your plans," I was grateful for meeting the Winchesters and getting to know Jack a lot more.
"Yeah, you're welcome and no problem, anyway I'm going to go back to sleep. Wake me up if you need anything. Night.
"Good night. Wait one more thing."
"Yeah."
"Can I watch TV?"
"Sure, just keep the volume down," He pulled the blankets over him and laid back down. I waited until I heard him snoring and snuck over to the bag of food. I checked the time. It was 5 in the morning. I tried not to make a lot of noise so I wouldn't wake him up again. I tried to find the TV remote and when I did it was 5:30. I turned on the TV and turned the volume down. Loud enough to where I could hear it and quite enough so I wouldn't wake Jack up. I scrolled through the channels until I found a show that showed this late at night.
"Hmm Scooby-Doo is showing wonder what that is," back in my other room I didn't have a TV in my room, I only watched shows on my phone, father had unlimited data for us. I meant the King of Hell. He wasn't my father. I had to get over him, he was nothing to me. I unwrapped the burger and started to eat it. My cravings for food were starting to go up the walls. The particular channel had many commercials and ADs. I hated these, it was the worst part, because you have to wait for the longest time just to watch a certain part of a show then it does it over and over again repeatedly. I was half-way through my burger, when the show started. I was hooked into it from the beginning it became my favorite cartoon show. The air conditioning blew the curtains that covered the windows. Beams of light came through the window and welcomed us to the morning. It was 9:00 in the morning. I went to open the blinds slightly and to let some sunlight inside. I couldn't help but see Jack curled up in his blanket. Every small detail was perfect. His hair was in the right place and he had movie star looks. He was even handsomer than Derek. The alarm went off when I sat back down on my bed. Jack turned over and reached to turn off the blaring alarm. He moved the sheets off the bed and sat up. I didn't even notice that he wasn't wearing a shirt. I was already up and he caught my attention. The way he woke up was unique. He moved his hair to one side before stretching. I heard several areas in his back pop and when he revealed his wings he stretched them to their wingspan. His wingspan was incredibly long.
"Good morning, did you have a good rest?" I asked when he walked in front of me. I couldn't help but stare.
"Yeah, Thanks for asking. Do you have any clothes to wear cause I can let you borrow some of mine till we stop by a clothing store," he smiled at me for asking him the question. I smiled back.
"I wouldn't mind sharing at all," he smiled as he got his duffel bag and placed it next to me on the side of the bed.
"There are some shirts, pants and jackets in there, you can look through them and see what you like."
"Okay thanks again," he was helping me most of the time, and so generous to others. I looked through his clothes and grabbed a green shirt, and black pants, I hoped these would fit. Jack grabbed his clothes and walked to the bathroom, locking the door. I rummaged through his clothes to see if there was anything else to wear, but nothing matched my style. I stuck with the green t-shirt and the black pants. I heard the water running, and followed by a few scattered splashes here and there. I loved showers, and wanted to enjoy one right now. I just sat still and waited till he was done. He walked out of the bathroom, with his hair wet, and a towel behind his neck. I grabbed the clothes and walked to the bathroom. I got out of my old clothes and noticed I didn't have shampoo. "Jack can I borrow your shampoo?" I yelled from inside the bathroom and a few moments later he knocked on the door. I opened the door slightly making enough room for him to pass it to me, "Thanks,"
"Call me if you need anything else I'm just outside the door. I closed the door and turned on the water, I waited for it to warm up and stepped in feeling the warmth of it on my face. I washed my hair with his shampoo. It smelt nice. I used the bar of soap the hotel provided for their guests to wash myself. I got out and grabbed the towel and dried myself off. I got Jack's clothes on, they were a little big but I could deal with it until I got new clothes. I wrapped my hair in my towel so it could soak up the water. I opened the door and saw Jack on the floor doing push-ups. He got up and looked at me. "Do they fit?"
"Yeah just a little big, but I can deal with it. Anyway where is my jacket and tank-top?" I asked. He looked at me and rubbed his neck.
