MALLORY'S POINT OF VIEW
"What? Go on, you want to get out, right? Be my guest," Abbeigh said, letting me off. "Be careful, they're waiting for you" She said, resting her head on the wall beside her as she looked down at me, not moving her head.
I furrowed my brows and looked down, thinking of what can happen if I poked even just the tip of my finger out of the door.
'I have the mark, right? That's enough to protect me, right?' I thought, forming a ball with my fists.
'But she said that they can just jump at me any time' I continued that drained the energy out of my body.
I looked at Abbeigh, still worried about what would happen to me if I tried to escape. She wasn't looking at me, she had her attention out the window with a smirk on her lips.
It made all hope for me disappear. It looks like the people she called was already waiting for me outside. And she's not planning to do anything about it.
I don't have any other choice. If I want to live to tell the story, I might as well stay with her for dear life.
I sighed in defeat, grabbing Abbeigh's attention. "Let me stay" I mumbled under my breath.
"Huh? Speak up, darling, I can't hear you" Abbeigh mocked, no life in her eyes.
I looked at her with teary eyes, pushing myself to crawl to where she was standing. "Please," my voice cracked, "Let me stay" I finally managed to say as the tears were already streaming down my face.
Abbeigh smiled at me and knelt down, stretching her arms out for me. "Come here, Mallory" She cooed.
Once again, I attempted to drag myself over to her. My arms were already feeling sore and the pain in my knees didn't help at all.
My lower half felt heavier than it actually seems, making it all the more harder to crawl over to Abbeigh.
After surviving the torture of crawling, I let my body fall into Abbeigh's arms as my head rested on her shoulder.
I could feel her lips pull into a small smile as she gently stroked my hair. "You choosing to stay with me makes me happy..." Abbeigh whispered in my ear that sent electricity down my spine. "You don't know how happy I am right now" Abbeigh said, hugging me tightly, as I felt myself drift off to Dream Land

"Mallory! Mallory!" I heard a voice call my name as they shook me awake.
I forced my eyes open and looked at the person who was shaking me. Their face was blurred, but they had long hair. Making them a girl.
"Come on! They're waiting!" She exclaimed as she pulled me out of the bed as well as out of the house.
The sun shone brightly above us that made me cover my eyes. Once I adjusted to the lighting, I saw that we were at the cemetery.
I looked around and noticed that the girl I was with was no longer with me.
"Where is she?" I asked, turning my head and body in all directions, but she wasn't anywhere to be seen.
"Mallory!" I heard the girl call for me. I looked behind me and there she was, near a tree. "Over here! Hurry!" She called as she ran.
"Wait!" I chased after her, trying my best not to disturb the people that was resting in the graves.
I finally reached the tree, but the girl wasn't there. She disappeared again.
I heard soft cries behind the tree that piqued my curiosity. I walked to where I heard the cries and saw the girl kneeling in front of a grave.
I walked behind the girl and tried to read what was written on the tombstone. It had dust all over it so I brushed it with my hand, keeping my distance from the girl.
The tombstone read, 'Mallory Sallow, October 14, 19XX - 20XX'
I dropped to my knees as I heard the girl's cries turn into laughter. That laugh was all too familiar. I whipped my head to look at the girl, but what greeted me was Abbeigh towering over me and hitting my head with a shovel.
My head throbbed as I felt my body fall inside an unexplainably comfortable coffin. I looked above me with blurred vision.
Abbeigh was smiling down at me. That reassuring smile that she would always give me that relaxed me.
"We'll meet again, okay?" Abbeigh sang before she kicked the cover of the coffin close.
