"Hello, dear!" Kana's mother walked into the room.
Kana's mother was pretty attractive. Wearing only a long t-shirt, she waltzed into the room to introduce herself.
She asked, " Hey there! Are you my daughter's friends? "
We nodded in agreement.
"I thought you had like, two friends, dear. I'm so happy you have so much!"
"What do you think I am?! I'm not a loner who eats lunch alone!" Kana rebutted.
Ms. Sayuri went on," Well, I know you eat lunch with Kana, but I didn't expect there'd be six of you! You know, when I first met your father, he had to take me from my ocean of guy friends! "
We all respectfully listened to Ms. Sayuri's story about how they met. You know, I think I know what Hotaru was talking about.
Fast forward to when Ms. Sayuri actually finishes monologuing her love story, we kept on studying for like, I don't know, one, two hours?
Also, I really like how it's already 2 PM, and it's still pretty cloudy, that means tonight will be very chilly! Gosh, I can't wait to collapse in bed! Wait, now that I think about it, I forgot to check the weather forecast today.
As I thought about that, a loud thunder came crashing down on to this quiet atmosphere. Everyone screamed in shock so loudly that we nearly broke something in Kana's room.
"Haha, you scream like a girl Hotaka!" Hotaru said.
Hotaka, face with cheeks comparable to the redness of an apple, said, "It's not my fault! Lightning can scare literally anyone! Even you screamed, right?!"
Immediately, the heavy rain started pouring outside. "Wow, pretty cold tonight, huh?" Haruka jokingly said.
That statement was when I realized... How the heck am I gonna go home?! It's pouring rain outside, I forgot to watch the darn weather forecast so I didn't bring an umbrella, and fricking, this math problem is literally unsolvable! The math part was out of topic but who cares?!
"Kana, do you have an umbrella we can use?" I asked.
"I don't think so, our driver usually drives me to school." she replied with a sad expression on her face.
Well, that sucks. 'Guess I'm gonna get drenched tonight' I thought as I lied down on the floor to stretch.
"Look on the bright side! At least we're prepared for the test in a couple of days! We studied pretty hard today." Kana tried to lighten the mood.
Yeah, Kana. Definitely helpful in this situation.
