It had been a few days after the incident. After we had reached home that day it wasn't discussed further. They had decided to leave the decision to me. Sherry's parents had come to apologize for what had happened. Although her parents and my parents where in the same party who fought together this couldn't prevent the souring between the 2 families.
Even father who was usually calm lashed out after hearing what had happened.
The details of me annihilating the horde were hidden as no one would believe that it was done by a single 11-year-old boy. Mom serving as the witnesses told the guild that it was done by a mysterious person. Anyways looking on the brighter side, I was able to accumulate a lot of exp.
The mysterious π ³ππ °π Έπ ½ skill had also leveled up to 3 giving a 5% chance to absorb skills.
(This is a cheat. What will it be like at level 10? I am really excited to see but the exp required for it to level up is a lot higher compared to other skills. It will take a lot of time to max out. I will have to wait.)
Today I had decided to grind slimes. Slime has a high regeneration capability. I needed it because I am not a priest or a healer who can use heal. Regeneration is an auto skill rather than a passive skill as it consumes mana. As the skill level up it could regenerate cells faster and it is said that level 9 could regenerate limbs. No one had ever found a person or monster with level 10 regeneration.
Although slime was not dangerous it would be better to go fully equipped like no one know what could happen in the forest. But there was a problem. Last time I had broken my sword in the fight and had forgotten to tell dad to get another sword. Dad had told me not to enter the underground room which was below our house. Its entrance was behind the cupboard in the kitchen. When my dad had gone in there I could hear some metallic sounds. Assuming them to be weapons, I decided to sneak into that place. Although I didn't decide to take a weapon from there because dad would definitely know, it was just out of curiosity.
When my dad and mom went out to the village to buy the supplies, I went to the kitchen, shifted the cupboard, and entered.
