Chereads / I’m taking a break from being the villain! / Chapter 2 - 2.) Senior brother? Who’s that? Can you eat it?

Chapter 2 - 2.) Senior brother? Who’s that? Can you eat it?

Li Wei final satisfied his oddly more pronounced thirst for blood and 3 days and nights had passed. He had begun to notice thai oddity because he never had to sleep or eat. There was also this confidence in what he was doing was right because he was in a powerful position.

He snapped his fingers again and the body's that has been covered in bruises and had broken bones found themselves whole again. It had felt like a illusion.

Li Wei snapped his fingers again and they all appear in the hall that he had first awoken in. This was simply because he knew no other place to go and odd memories were slowly showing up in his head. It was like he was merging with someone else memories. He had also begun to suspect his current situation as a transmigration.

The men were collapsed on the ground their minds still hazy with the drugs that Li Wei had given them.

The others who were in the hall or passing froze when they saw this scene.

Li Wei decided to put on a show for them, after all he had trained these men so well it would be a shame if their hard work never saw the light of day, right?

Li Wei suddenly spoke causing the men in the ground to stiffen." Sit."

'A simple command the men thought, thank god!'they thought.

The men sat on their haunches like a dog would. The haze in there minds were not enough to stop them from filling this mans commands. They must follow his commands other wise there would be hell to pay.

Li Wei spoke again," Bark."

The 5 men sitting on the ground all barked their voices echoed in the silent hall. " Li Wei frowned,"Did i tell you to stop barking?"

The men instantly frozen again and barked louder again and again not stopping until Li Wei waved his hand.

Li Wei smiled, "Crawl out of the hall barking like a dog on all 4's. Disobey i will take you back to the chamber."

After he gave this command he watched the grown men crawl out of the hall satisfied at their faces they made after they recovered from the drug. How they were twisted in shame and embarrassment.

A voice from the side spoke,

"Senior-Senior brother.. Are-Are you done with the punishment?..."

Li Wei turned his gaze to the young girl who had spoken,

"Yes, i am."

As he spoke the girl trembled. "Of-of course senior brother...Forgive me for not realizing this, shall this humble disciple tell the Soaring Sword Sect master that you have finshed?"

After theses words left her mouth Li Wei froze.

The soaring sword sect was the sect that was where the protagonist lived in, that was what he had written in the book he had just finished.

'Wait, no i'm the head deciple... but this is a book?Who am i? Is this real?'

Suddenly the wooden chair beneath his body felt cold, hard and unmistakably real.

Li Wei felt his head lighten. "Haha..Hahah!" Li Wei began to laugh. The light laughing echoed through the grand hall, it sounded tired and a little bit mocking, the girl furrowed her brows in concern.

Although the punishment was harsh what those 5 men did were horrendous, not only disobeying their seniors they also stole and committed multiple murders outside the sect.

But because they had high standing the seniors could not throw them out and simply sent them to Li Wei to ' discipline' them.

"What is the date?"

Li Wei's cold voice spoke, the girl felt chills go down her back, her senior brother was mad for some reason.

"It's the 4th day of the sun practice, it has been 3 days and 2 nights since you took the 5 deciples."

When she finished speaking she looked at her senior brother. He gazed down at her and his face softened suddenly.

"I'm sorry, i must have scared you, i let my emotions get the better of me, you must be careful about theses things and i was not, forgive me if i have frightened you."

After Li Wei finished speaking he stood from the wooden chair and said again, "I will withdraw for a few days to reclaim my calm mindset."

As he said this his figure blurred and disappeared. The girl turned on her heel and ran from the great hall,

'Senior brother was so thoughtful! He is nothing like what the other disciples say! He looked so handsome!Obviously they don't know what Senior brother is like really! I saw his hidden side!'

As she began to tell other what happened in the hall word spread and soon a new rumor circulated thought the soaring sword sect, it said that their senior brother was a kind and gentle senior brother who was devoted to the sect and and if you did wrong to the sect would he be mad and enacted a bloody torture. But that he truly cares for the sect and it's disciples.

This warmed the hearts of the sect disciples, the impression of there senior brother improved, and the deciples began unconsciously seeing there senior brother in a good light. The masters suddenly found that the trouble making disciples became much more agreeable and all their disciples were fired up with a odd vow, saying that they had to be good for their senior brother and make him proud, otherwise they would be punished.

And so Li Wei unknowingly gained many fans from both disciples and their teachers.

-Meanwhile somewhere deep in a forest-

Li Wei sat on a giant rock soaking up the sun. He had figured out that he was now inside of the book he had just finished writing. He had taken over the body of the main villain in the male leads childhood, who coincidentally had the same name as him.

'How dreadful,' he mocked himself in his head.

The villain had a very powerful spiritual power that allowed him to creat illusions and once it reached a certain level those illusions could become actual solid objects if the user had enough spiritual power and mental control. It was something that many wished to have.

Li Wei sighed, the body he was in was themed after himself, after all, if one of his characters had his name they would undoubtedly have to be handsome. So when he had found this out he wasn't worried for his love life, after all he needed a suitable husband, or wife, he batted for both teams.

The body he was in had smooth thick soot black hair like his old body, but in this body it reached the bottom of his back, the ends danceing in the soft breeze.

Sliver phoenix eyes with shimmering flecks of pale grey graced his face, if you stared long enough you would notice that their were peices of black in the iris depending on how the light hit them. His lips were thin and a light pink but when he licked or bit them there color deepened to a rosey full pink. He had with sharp cheek bones that gave his face a elegant and defined look. Thankfully the body he was in had passed puberty so only a little baby fat remained. All his facial feathers were beautiful alone but once put together and added with Li Wei's aggnorant but noble aura they created a impressive impact on the observers, more now because another soul had entered the body.

After he had left the hall the first thing he had done was look for a stream to see his reflection.

When he had seen his reflection it was of a young one, he was probably only 18 years old. And the memories in his head confirmed it. Which thankfully meant that not much of the story had passed. He had read plenty of transmigration novels and even wrote some, so after a while he accepted these facts. But what he had really struggled with was the fact that he was the villain, the villain who had died the most gruesome death. Tortured for 3 days straight, poison, fire, blades, whips, spiritual torture , impalment, you name it.

Li Wei shudder thinking about the gruesome things he had written, if he had a choice he would have gone back and slapped himself silly in the face!

'Stupid stupid me! Why did i end the villain so miserably?! '

He wailed inside his heart.

When he had wrote the book he had made the senior brother really unlikeable. The senior brother in the story forced the protagonist and the female lead apart and made them partake in very hard labor, bullying the male lead so much that the male lead had plotted his death after only knowing him for 1 year! How bad did that person have to be that a 10 year old wanted to kill him?!

Well the answer is very bad. Li Wei had thankfully asked for the date before he left so he knew that today was the protagonists birthday and after some thought found out that the protagonist was 5 years old at the start of the week. Based on the reflection he had seen and the new memories he had estimated that the protagonist was probably 4 years old turning 5.

This meant that he had 5 years until bandits burned down the protagonists village and the protagonist was found by passing cultivators.

As long as he prevented the fall of the village then the male lead wouldn't enter the sect and he would have secured a safe place to live.

As these thoughts passed through his head he dozed in the sun, soaking up the warm rays. Slowly his mind relaxed and memories of the body's previous owner which he had refused until now flowed through his brain and Li Wei smiled. The previous body's owner wore a cold exterior but was actually a decent person on the inside, at least in Li Wei's opinion. He spent most of his time in closed door culvation. He had been taken by the sect head from a abandoned village where he had witnessed his town's murder as the only survivor.

His only relative mocking him after his mother's death, alone in the world until the Sect found his promise of talent. It has been like god came down and granted him a blessing. Though the god in this case would be him.

However, the story was already changing, he hadn't know how the villains mother died,or the rest of the village for that matter, and had only written that she and the rest of the village died and only the villain lived.

In his new memories he had been out playing in the woods that day and when he came back to the village he had witnessed the villagers lined up slowly being slaughtered one by one by a rough group of bandits who didn't even spare the child or the elderly.

After the sect leader found Li Wei he had pityed him, and took him in training his spiritual roots. It turns out that Li Wei was a genius so he had adapted very quickly and soon the Sect leader took him as a disciple leading him on the path to immortality.

Because of what happened to his village Li Wei was very withdrawn and hardly spoke. But this would change, the Li Wei from before is gone, most likely dead or absorbed into him taking into account the memories that had appeared in his mind. It was also the reason he was unable to immediately realize something was wrong. Now their was only the new Li Wei.

Since he knew the future he would seize it, he would establish himself in the sect until everyone knew his name. So when he met the protagonist even if Li Wei arrived to late and failed to a stop the bandits the protagonist wouldn't be able to shake his position. Li Wei smiled, his eyes flickered darkly before returning to normal. It was time to set his plan into action.
