that little girl is suffering from real pain, her each and every moment of life.. is the pain. her brother dont care about her fillings and dont give love she want from her.. and between that this pain, she even dont have friends with her.. she cant enjoy her real because of this and i am sure she even dont care about her life.. but in her life she want is just love from her brother until her last breath on this earth. and you... i think i dont need to explain this more to you. i can just give you one suggestion.. just imagine yourself in her place and then decide what should do.. and if you cant then lets go... i am ready to come with you. lets go.
